The issuance of admission notifications for postgraduate programs and postgraduate diplomas by Osmania University's Directorate of Admissions usually happens in the first week of April. These admissions are associated with the degree's entrance test conducted by TG CPGET. The entrance examinations take place either in the first or second week of June. After this process, they issue the rank-wise merit lists. The centralized counselling starts around the last week of June to the first week of July.

Students willing to get a BE seat at UCEOU must follow the below-mentioned steps:1. Ensure that eligibility requirements are met.2. The UCEOU BE admission process begins with the application stage. In this stage, students are required to fill out the application form released by the institute Apart from this, students also have to register for TS EAMCET. The fee to apply for the exam counselling process ranges from INR 1,000 to INR 1,800.Once the exam results are announced, eligible students must participate in the TS EAMCET counselling process. Students who are offered a seat are further required to report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees. A successful fee payment completes the admission process.

Admission is open for MCom at UCCBM Osmania University will open soon. Candidates are required to have valid CPGET 2025 exam scores. However, passing the entrance test alone does not guarantee admission. Candidates must also pass the qualifying exam with the required marks before the admission process starts. The qualifying exam for MCom is Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate. 

University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University does not allow direct admissions to MBA courses. To get admissions into postgraduate management courses, candidates are required to complete the whole admission process, which involves the completion of eligibility criteria, scoring valid scores in the entrance exam, getting selected in the cutoff list, etc. Candidates seeking admission to Osmania University clear the course-specific entrance test.
