Panjab University offers admissions into PhD programme to students after they have appeared for entrance exam. Admission has been started since July and most probably all the seats have been filled but maybe some seats will be vacant for specific criteria. The admission process for MTech programs at UIET is based on the candidate’s GATE score and performance in the qualifying examination.Preference is given to GATE-qualified candidates for all courses. Candidates with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination will be given admission if seats remain vacant after GATE-qualified candidates’ admission.
