The refund percentage varies based on the point of time when the notice of withdrawal is served or received by the university.
The refund policy is as follows:
- 100% refund if withdrawal is 15 days or more before the last date of admission
- 90% refund if withdrawal is less than 15 days before the last date of admission
- 80% refund if withdrawal is 15 days or less after the last date of admission
- 50% refund if withdrawal is 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after the last date of admission

In case of M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, the student can cancel their admission and get a refund as per the above policy. If a candidate withdraws or cancels the hostel seat after 30 days from the allotment, only the hostel security money will be refunded.
It is recommended to check the university's official website or contact the administration for the most up-to-date and accurate information on the refund policy.
