Please write about the JEE Main CRL rank and home state you belongs. Because the chances of getting NIT Surathkal are very low with category rank.

Yes, there is a reservation of seats for local students (i.e 4 or 7consecutive years local certificate is compulsory) in telangana state, as well as AP state.
