As per the NIRF 2022 rankings, PRSU was ranked 78 All India and second among the Chhattisgarh colleges. The state university is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Hence, the issued degree is accepted almost everywhere. Furthermore, candidates with a BPEd degree can make a career in the field of sports and physical fitness. For most UG courses, PRSU allows students to take admission on merit basis without an entrance exam. The university accepts Class 12 scores for the same. However for certain UG courses and all PG courses, the university conducts entrance exams and students must appear for the same. Admissions to the above mentioned courses are merit based with the institution accepting entrance exams scores. Students are advised to check the syllabus and minimum eligibility criteria for the PRSU entrance on the official portal.

Admission process at PRSU is merit based, with the university accepting PRSU Entrance Exam/ National level entrance exams/ Class 12 scores for the same. Students are advised to check the exams specific to their preferred course that they must attempt, on the official portal of the university.

To apply for any of the UG/ PG courses at PRSU, candidates have to fill an application form along with paying the application fee of INR 400. The institute accepts both online and offline applications. For an offline application, aspirants can visit the university campus and buy the admission form.

Candidates must submit the scores of the last qualifying exams/PRSU entrance exam/national level entrance exams. After the completion of the selection rounds, students must attend the counselling process held by PRSU. Later on, round-wise merit lists are released for candidates who get selected for the respective courses at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.

 

PRSU University offers two-year (four semesters) MBA (General) course in a variety of streams. The available specialisations are Finance, Marketing, Human Resource and Systems. Apart from this, the university also offers MBA in Tourism Management. The mode of study for all the programmes is full-time. Admission to all the offered MBA courses is based on merit in the national-level exams such as CMAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA. Aspirants are requied to qualify for any one of the mentioned entrance exam. It is also crucial that the aspirants meet the course-specific eligibility conditions.

PRSU is a well-known university in the state of Chhattisgarh. The university offers a two-year MA course across various popular specialisations such as Linguistics, Economics, Psychology, English, History, etc. The university provides good placement support to its students. PRSU has not released the course-wise placements report as of now. However, the university has released its NIRF 2023 report. PRSU MBA admission 2025 is entirely based entrance-based. The university accepts scores of various national-level entrance exams such as CMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT and ATMA. Aspirants are required to qualify for any one of the entrance exam with a valid score. Candidates who passed graduation with minimum 50% aggregate in the respective discipline from a recognised university. The admission process is common for all MBA courses. It's mandatory for all candidates to pass the selection process and apply online on the official website of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.

For admission to the integrated BA LLB course, it's mandatory to qualify for university-level entrance exam. In addition, it is necessary that the candidate has passed Class 12 exam from a recognised board. The students who meet the criteria can fill out the application form. PRSU admission 2024 has been completed for all courses. As per the last admission process, the final merit lists have been released for the courses Law and Management courses. However, the new dates for the admission year 2025 are yet to be released. They are expected to be out soon on the official website. PRSU allows candidates to join UG courses directly based on merit. The university accepts Class 12 scores for the same, provided the candidate is eligible for his/her course. however, for PG and PG Diploma programmes along with certain UG courses, PRSU accepts national level entrance exams and PRSU PG entrance exam scores. The course- specific entrance exams and their syllabus are available on the official portal. Students are advised to check the portal for the same.

Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University offers various UG, PG and Diploma-based courses. The duration of these ranges between one year to four years. PRSU also offers five-year integrated courses in the field of Law. Those who pass all the selection parameters of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University course admissions are required to pay the course fee at the time of admission. Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by National Testing Agency ( NTA), for candidates pursuing management studies in top educational institutes.

The dates for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is not officially announced by the conducting body, National Testing Agency (NTA) yet. However, the examination is expected to be conducted anyday during the month of April or May .

NTA will notify the candidates at least two to three months prior to the examination i.e. during January or February to begin the registration process.

PRSU admissions for B.A. Course is merit-based. Students need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admissions. The eligibility criteria is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Eligible candidates can apply both via online and offline mode. For online application, students need to visit the PRSU official website and fill in the application form.

Pandit Ravi Shankar University Raipur offers good placements to the students. The median package for UG (3-year) and BPharma courses stood at INR 2.40 LPA and INR 2.50 LPA, respectively. The median package for PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) courses, stood at INR 2.04 LPA and INR 2.45 LPA, respectively.
