Our college facilities are not so good, but it's a great college, and the degree is very useful.
Placements: 91% of students are placed in the placement. The highest package offered is 6 LPA. I don't know much about the recruiting companies. The placement started from 70%. The top roles are biotech engineer and many more. We really like our field, but the college is not so good. We don't get any internship opportunities in our college, which is not right. For us, it feels like we are not getting any chances.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not so good. There's no parking facility, fans, ACs, and other things are not good. There are no proper canteens and classrooms.
Faculty: The teachers are not helpful, some are nice, but some do not even take our classes and only pass the time and go home. It's not fare enough. Teachers do not hear our complaints and target us, which is very humiliating. There are many complaints registered.
Other: I really love this course. I love the biotechnology field.

My early college experience.
Placements: There are opportunities according to your skills and hard work. Each year, several big companies and brands collaborate with the college to present seminars for students. Some banks and other organizations also offer placements, for which they organize interviews and tests at the college.
Infrastructure: The campus is nice and peaceful. There are security standards, like CCTV and guards, for the safety of students in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and help in all ways. The courses are completed before the time so that we can prepare for exams. Mock tests are conducted for students to check their status. Staff members are very supportive and friendly with students.
Other: Annual programs are held each year for sports as well as for other co-curricular activities like dance, singing, drawing, and debate. Other skill-based programs are also conducted. Our college offers NCC for students, which also creates opportunities for the future.

Review regarding the improvement of better industrial level courses.
Placements: 2% of students got placed after this course. Some students are posted as teachers. Some students are posted as employees in various companies or sectors because of the Mushroom cultivation program, cake workshop, kathak dance, sports, NCC, NSS, and cabin crew. I also work as a CSA in the BPO center after this course. I also took an additional class in computer, but this degree gives us the power to work hard and be aware of every moment of our lives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice and attractive in our college. It has an excellent library, but it is often open. Practical labs need more improvement at this college. The canteen is more hygienic in this college. Medical facilities are good. For sports and games, there should be a big ground in our college. There is a lack of sports activities in our college. There is a large auditorium, but AC will be allowed in only some functions.
Faculty: Professor are very helpful at their level. They are really struggling to build a better future for their students. I think only 2-3% of the people in this college become professors through their efforts. But other students will make their future in other jobs and fields. I think it's not enough for the industry level. Some industrial courses should be added to this college. It is affiliated with Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.
Other: Because during the COVID-19 pandemic, we gave the exam at our homes. So, competition is tougher because of cheating. So I chose this course and this college for my graduation. I think there is a better crowd. This college is only for girls, so it is a better opportunity for girls to make their career in various fields due to this college.

M.Sc. in Botany - Batch of 2024
Offered by Government Nagarjuna Post Graduate College of Science
4.2
4Placements5Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
I am satisfied with this college. It has good faculty members, an environment, and infrastructure.
Placements: Most of the students have been placed as laboratory assistants, and my friends who are doing M.Sc. in Chemistry have been placed in Korba's plant BALCO. However, there is no direct placement if you do M.Sc. in other subjects. The highest package is 3 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. This course does not have top offered roles and can be used in agriculture.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is good, and the environment is also pleasant. The hostel is well-maintained, and the canteen is good. However, very little attention is given to sports and games. The labs are clean, but the library is small, and there is no AC in the classrooms.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, and the teaching quality is better. Students are ready for the industry. Practicals are done well, and the pass percentage is 33%. Semester exams are easy, and teachers have very good knowledge about their subjects, but they are not able to provide a little advanced things of practical, just need to advance a little.
Other: I took M.Sc. Botany from Life Science to become an assistant professor. If practical and dissertation options are given to students, then it would be even better. Events and festivals are not good.

M.A. in English - Batch of 2025

Good university in Chhattisgarh for masters in humanities.
Placements: None of my classmates are placed through university, but students are trying to clear competitive exams after MA English. My seniors have cleared some exams and are in teaching jobs or government translational jobs. Top roles would be assistant professor, school teacher, translator, personal assistant, etc.
Infrastructure: Smart board is available, classrooms are decent, library is also decent, more new books should be stocked in library, language lab is decent but teachers don't take us there often, desk and chair should be bought more and overall it's decent. The quality of food is good and sports facilities are not available. Hostel is good.
Faculty: Teachers are good, qualified, and experienced but we lack teachers as there are only 3 teachers for 5 subjects. The course curriculum is also good, it does make students curious and want to learn more and more. Semester exams are not hard if you attend classes and also teachers help a lot if you miss something. Almost all students pass this course. 100% is pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because of my genuine interest in literature. This course makes you curious and makes you look around from a different point of view. I do wish there were 5 teachers appointed for us. Some poems can be changed from the syllabus. Events and fests are a good chance to improve yourself, here mostly student do everything which is a great opportunity to learn and scholarships are provided. Campus is beautiful with so much greenery, people are welcoming and good, and Ph.D. viva and seminars are conducted quite often.

The college is good and best.
Placements: Forty percent of students find jobs easily, but not everyone gets job offers through college. The college provides only a limited number of job opportunities for students, and internships are typically reserved for top students; they only inform the top achievers about internship opportunities, not all students.
Infrastructure: The hotel accommodations are average due to insufficient lighting. However, the college campus is quite good, featuring excellent classrooms and halls, comfortable seating arrangements, and clean washrooms. The garden area is also well-maintained and pleasant.
Faculty: Teachers are good and help students with everything. While some teachers may not be as effective, many are dedicated to helping students grow both academically and personally. They also encourage participation in college activities and maintain a positive attitude towards student success.
Other: The course is B.Com and it will help in to go into an MBA course, and with a B.Com degree, you can find jobs easily.
