Due to the hostel building's full-size, PTSNS offers accommodations for students. Each room is neat and well-kept. Every bathroom is always spotless. Water and power are always available. For drinking water, there is a water purifier. The hostel has a dining area as well. Food is cooked in a clean, fresh manner. The annual hostel fee is approximately one Lacs. Additionally, AC room amenities are accessible for an extra electricity fee.

Candidates need to fill out the PTSNS University application form and meet the course-specific eligibility for admission. The merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. Besides, PTSNS University conducts an entrance exam for PhD admission. Once the selection process is over, aspirants will get a confirmation mail about their selection.

The university often doesn't hold separate entrance tests for admission, but in the event that it does, the following requirements must be met:

 

1. Minimum Requirement for Score:

   For admission, candidates must receive at least 50% of the possible points in the entrance exam.

   - The minimum necessary score is lowered to 45% for candidates who fall into the SC, ST, or OBC (Non-Creamy layers/differently abled category) categories.

 

2. *Distribution of Weight:*

   - Of the total weight in the evaluation procedure, 70% is allocated to the entrance exam component.

   - The admissions procedure also includes a viva-voce or interview component, which has a weightage of 30%.

 

3. *Interview/Viva-Voce:* - Making up 30% of the total assessment, the interview or viva-voce component of the admissions process is an important one.

    -This part enables the university to evaluate the applicant's communication and interpersonal skills as well as their fit with the selected academic programme.

4. *Eligibility List:* - The university posts the list of applicants who are qualified for an interview on its website.
