Good college for placement.
Placements: In G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur, every year, new companies offer placements for students, in which 50 to 60% are placed (usually IT/CS branches place more than other branches). Approximately 2.5 to 5 LPA is the average package provided by companies. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, IBM, L&T Infotech, various startups, and domain-specific companies also provide placements at Raisoni.
Infrastructure: My department is the MCA department, and the college provides 2 separate computer labs with high-speed internet. It also provides different clean classrooms for each class. G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur, has 4 to 5 canteens with a variety of foods and sitting arrangements for students.
Faculty: My teachers are the best in their subjects, providing all the facilities (notes, PYQs, etc.). They also teach digitally. Teachers are always ready to help students. Now, when I talk about our curriculum, it is based on the needs of the industry, as our college designs our syllabus to make students industry-ready.
Other: G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management Nagpur, is also known for events, so students enjoy and participate in different activities to learn and gain confidence.

The teaching environment and placement opportunities are absolutely bad.
Placements: Placement on our campus was not very good. The placed students were not satisfied with their roles and salaries. Placement offers were slightly different from the main branch of Priyadarshini in Nagpur. I did not know the recent placement packages, but previously, the highest package was about 7 LPA, and the average was 2 LPA. Internships were not provided on campus, and students had to find their own. The top roles offered were office attendant and sales jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not very developed. Only a few necessary facilities were available. Classrooms were very old, and the lab equipment was not stocked. Classrooms were shared with other branches if more students attended lectures. Library space was available, but not very active. The canteen was available, but food items were limited. The sports ground was very large, but indoor sports equipment was not available.
Faculty: Faculty members were knowledgeable, but the number of faculty members was very low. Only a limited number of faculty members taught semester after semester. Some faculty members were very old and not very good at teaching the latest programming languages and tools. The course curriculum needed to change because it was not suitable for the latest environment of learning computer science. It was not difficult to pass the semester exams, but students had to focus on understanding the topics and syllabus to score well in the exams.
Other: Events and fests did not take place frequently, but when they were organized. Many students attended who had never come to lectures the whole semester. I just wanted to improve teaching methods in engineering so they stood in line with the latest computer science environment.

Disappointed with the teaching methods in engineering and placement numbers.
Placements: Campus placement is very bad. Only a few students get placement offers. As I know, 15 students get placed in startup and firm companies. Many senior students are still looking for job offers. Top recruiting companies in our course are Genpact, Zensar Technology, and some other companies. Internships are not provided by the college. You have to find them on your own. Some roles offered include sales, marketing, and product quality assurance.
Infrastructure: Our campus infrastructure is old but good. It is located a little outside the town, which feels nice because there is no disturbance from traffic noise and other distractions. Classrooms are available for each department, and each branch has separate classrooms and labs. Wi-Fi is available but limited. A canteen is available on campus, but the food variety is limited. There is only one sports ground, with facilities for tennis and cricket.
Faculty: Faculty members are educated and well-qualified, but some are not good at teaching. They do not understand the latest technologies and programming IDEs, so it is difficult to learn. The course curriculum is very lengthy. Semester exams are conducted frequently, but our batch is non-autonomous, so it is quite hard to score.
Other: I chose this course for my own reasons, but the main reason is that I love programming and technology. I wish engineering were totally practical instead of having vast theories. Major events are held once every year. Minor events and fests are held on a monthly basis.

Review of National Fire Service College.
Placements: Almost 100 percent of students get placed in Public Sector Units as well as Private Sectors and renowned companies. The highest package so far is 24 LPA, offered by GAIL. Mostly Oil and Petroleum companies come to recruit, but companies from other industries also recruit. Students can get internships in any company they want, according to their preference.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are 3/5, but if you are asking about fire-related equipment, it is 10/10. You will find almost every fire and safety-related equipment here. The quality of the mess is not good, and the condition of the hostels is also bad due to a lack of maintenance.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The main faculty members are alumni of this college, and others join after taking the UPSC exam. The teaching quality is also good. This course surely makes students industry-ready, as its curriculum covers all the necessary knowledge. Its implementation is carried out during the Morning Fire Ground Operation held daily, which also helps students become physically fit.
Other: I chose this course because of its uniqueness, good placements, and attractive packages after completion. Also, since it is a uniformed service, it helps students become disciplined. The hostel and mess conditions should be improved. Other things about the course are good.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Approximately 95 to 100 percent of the batch was placed last year. The highest package is of 24 LPA by GAIL, and the lowest is about 5 to 6 LPA. ONGC, GAIL, VEDANTA, Reliance, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, and IGL are the top recruiters in our college. Almost every student gets internships in various PSUs. After completion, you will be posted as a fire engineer or officer in various companies.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi network 24/7, various labs, beautiful classroom, very nice library and a nice infrastructure mess is decent, and the cost of the mess is low. All medical facilities are available, a good sports complex, and a lot of game equipment are available in the college. This college focuses on discipline.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. This course is very important because it helps to rescue living beings' property and many important things. Exams are hard in the semester, it is difficult because you have to manage studying with training for the fire service.
Other: This college provides uniform service, high placement rates, and infrastructure that can be improved. It has very low fest, campus crowd is low because of limitations in seats, and only one course is available.

I'm not satisfied with the teaching methods of faculty members and the poor curriculum.
Placements: Placement is comparatively decreasing, with not-so-good numbers of placed students in our course. As I know, at least 10 to 15 students get placed, and almost all students are employed. Only a few companies visit the campus, some of the top recruiting companies, as I know, are Genpact and Zensar Technology. The top roles provided in our branch are consultant, Salem, and marketing. The highest package is given by one company, which is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is given by 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and the availability of facilities like classrooms, library, and labs is available, but in the lab, there is a lack of equipment, and the rest of the equipment is very old. Wi-Fi is available in limited spaces and classrooms. The canteen is available on our campus, but food varieties are not present.
Faculty: In our course, faculty members are repeated in both semesters of the year. Some faculty members are good and well-qualified, but some are not so good at teaching. Many faculty members don't know the latest coding environment and don't understand the latest technologies. The course curriculum is very old. 90 percent of the course curriculum is theory-based, and very few portions of the curriculum are practical-based. Passing semester exams is moderate, and scoring in the semester exam is difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I'm very passionate about technology and software, such as games. The engineering course becomes 90 percent practical and hands-on learning instead of theoretical remembering. Events and fests take place once a month, big fests are only conducted once a year.

You cannot get admission into B.Tech CSE at RTMNU based solely on your 12th board marks. You must have cleared JEE Main or MHT CET, with a minimum of 50% in PCM
