Our college is known for discipline and knowledge.
Placements: Around 80-85% of students from our course are placed through campus placements. A few students chose higher studies or startups, so they didn't sit for placements. Roughly 70% of our batch got internships, mostly through the college and some through referrals. Last year, the highest package was 8 LPA. Top roles offered are Machine Learning Engineer -working on models, training datasets, and automating predictions. Data Scientist / Data Analyst - analysing data, building dashboards, and driving insights. AI Engineer - building AI-based features like recommendation systems, chatbots, etc. NLP Engineer - working on text, speech, and language-based AI systems.
Infrastructure: For our course, all the facilities and infrastructure provided are awesome. We have good labs, library facilities, well-oriented classrooms, and the Wi-Fi of our college is also working very well. The food in the canteen is also very good, and our campus also focuses on games and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, they help us in every possible way. They are all well-qualified and have a lot of knowledge about our domain. The quality of teaching they provide is superb, they clear our every doubt, and they not only focus on book knowledge but also give us industry-level knowledge. They make us ready for the industry. Our exams are held very strictly and properly, they are a bit difficult but good, and the pass percentage is 45% in every subject.
Other: I chose this course because I had a specific interest in this domain. The best thing about this course is that we learn many things about the technology that is required in today's world. Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc., are the best here. We all enjoy our campus life very much.

Satisfied, strict, and disciplined, it's not a college, it is a school.
Placements: The Artificial Intelligence Department had its first graduation batch in A. Y. 2024-25, and 29 students are placed out of an approximate batch of 60 students, with the highest package of 8 LPA. Students received offers from reputed companies such as Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Global Logic, Infocepts, Hitachi, SmartData Enterprises Ltd., Hotelkey, Nice Software, and Dealermatix. Most roles are in software, IT, and analytics domains, and the Training & Placement Cell provides good guidance and support.
Infrastructure: The AI department has good classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a helpful library. The campus is clean and peaceful. I am a day-scholar, so I don't know much about the hostel, but the canteen food is decent and basic sports and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive, well-qualified, and explain concepts clearly. You can even contact faculty members after college hours, even at 9 pm. The curriculum is updated and industry-focused. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with two exams per semester, and the passing mark is 45%.
Other: I chose AI because I'm interested in future technologies. The course has helpful faculty and good practical learning. The campus is peaceful with events like Technex and Insight. The only drawback is weak internet, which is affected by network jammers in college premises. There are 2 blocks, A for core branches and B for Soft branches. The campus is small, but it's very cool and interesting to explore. You can not be outside the classroom during lecture time.

The college has good faculty, placements, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: About 80% of students get placed every year. A minimum package of 3.5 LPA and the highest 12 LPA by top recruiting companies like Solar Square, Jaguar, HDFC, etc. Top roles offered are in sales and marketing. About 90% of placements come from the college itself.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, and smartboards are present in every classroom. Library facilities are available. The computer lab has all computers in working condition. Discussion rooms, water coolers, clean washrooms, a canteen, parking space, and common rooms for both girls and boys are available. Lift facilities are available in emergency conditions.
Faculty: Teachers are well-experienced and have ample industry knowledge. The semester exams are moderate to difficult. The course curriculum is sufficient to make students industry-ready. Teachers are very friendly and also help students by giving mentorship.
Other: Monthly, two to three events happen. The college provides scholarships and extracurricular activities like trekking. I chose this college to sharpen my business knowledge.

An honest review of YCCE from a final year student.
Placements: About 80 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini. Few students got internships in Cognizant and some in Capgemini. Top roles offered in the course are data science and analysis.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in our department building, proper classroom and library facilities. Hostels are decent, and food served is also of proper quality. If any students require medical facilities, it is served on time. There are separate sections or clubs for sports and games. There are separate section or club for sports and games .
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, sharing their experience in teaching that makes teaching fun for us. The course curriculum is relevant to updated tech trends. The difficulty level is moderate to hard, testing students' patience and creativity. Pass percentage is 7 pointer.
Other: I chose this course because I was eager to learn about computers and new technology to help me build unique projects. Events and fests are top notch in this college. Extra-curricular activities are also handled properly without hesitation.

The reality of good college. It has a good culture and crowd.
Placements: Many companies came last year for the batch of 2025, including IBM, Deloitte, and Accenture. Many came, and mass recruiters like Capgemini also hired many students. Placements look promising, even in a down period. Packages were not fully disclosed, but according to some, the highest was above 12 LPA, but I am not sure.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is one of a kind. The campus is not big, but the building is very efficient and relatively large. The hostel is also relatively okay; the biggest advantage is that it is very near the college, so travel is easy. The library is very big and fully supports studying. Labs are fully equipped, and classrooms have full technology and comfortable seats but lack AC.
Faculty: Teaching is good. Teachers actually try to teach. Exams are also justifiable and come from the syllabus. There is no cheating in exams, and grading is good. Course subjects are relevant to their branch, and other course subjects are also added. Exams are normal not that hard, not that easy.
Other: I got the course because it was the best course I could get with my percentile. I would like a better classroom environment, like AC, because in summer it gets very hard. Events happen very frequently. The biggest non-academic event occurs 3-4 times a year, and academic events keep happening every month.

NFSC Nagpur - A disciplined, practical fire engineering college with strong placements.
Placements: NFSC Nagpur is a specialised national-level college for fire and safety, with very strong placements (almost full batch placed, many in PSUs like ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, NTPC, airports and large industries) and average packages in roughly the low to mid double-digit LPA range. Students get good internships and industrial training in refineries, plants and airports, plus very practical on-campus training using live fire grounds, drills and specialised labs, all inside a disciplined residential campus that helps in fitness and personality development.
Infrastructure: For the B.Tech Fire Engineering course at NFSC Nagpur, there are air-conditioned digital classrooms, many well-equipped labs (electrical, fluid mechanics, fire protection, etc. ), a large library with Wi-Fi, and basic Wi-Fi/IT access on campus, while hostel Wi-Fi is limited or not always available. Mess food quality is usually rated average to good with veg and non-Veg options at a reasonable cost, and there is a canteen plus basic medical facilities and first aid on campus. Sports facilities include volleyball, badminton, cricket and indoor games like table tennis, which are decent but not at the level of a big sports university.
Faculty: Teachers in NFSC Nagpur are generally very helpful, strict but supportive, and well-qualified (many are alumni, UPSC, qualified officers, or PhD holders), so overall teaching quality is rated good to very good. The B.Tech Fire Engineering curriculum is specialised and industry-oriented, with strong practical and field training that makes students industry-ready for PSUs and private companies. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, if you attend classes and study regularly, they are manageable, and the reported overall pass percentage is roughly in the high 80% range.
Other: This course in fire engineering is chosen because it is unique in India, offers strong placements in PSUs/industry, and gives a clear, stable career path in safety and disaster management. The best parts are the practical training on live fire grounds, industry-oriented subjects, a disciplined environment, and good placement opportunities. Fests and cultural events are limited, but there are some sports/extracurricular activities, and the campus surroundings are peaceful.
