According to recent reports, both universities are approved by UGC. Sabarmati University is graded "B+" by NAAC. Navrachna University offers 29 courses across 10 streams and Sabarmati University offers 17 courses. The fee for the MBA course at Sabarmati is around INR 1.2 Lakhs for the whole course and the MBA course at Navrachna University costs INR 2.18 Lakhs for the whole course. A total number of 60 seats are offered at Sabarmati University and 120 seats are offered at Navrachna University.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the MBA course at Sabarmati University is that applicants must complete their graduation from any stream with an aggregate of 50%.
