SAGE University offers scholarships at the time of admission, which are applicable for the entire course but are subject to renewal as per the University norms. Students who are applying for SAGE University scholarships based on their qualifying examination results are required to fill out a separate form at the time of admission. Further, the scholarships are applicable to tuition fees only, hence, examination fees, enrollment fees, bus fees and hostel fees have to be paid regularly every year.

- The academic, sports and cultural Scholarship is not for all PG courses, BBA/ BCom (MOU-based courses), Advance Computing Programmes (like Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Data Science), Pharmacy and DPharmacy.

- Students are expected to meet pre-defined academic standards for the continuation of SAGE University scholarships.
- The renewal of scholarships depends on the performance in the university examination, attendance, and character and conduct certified by the Dean.
- The renewal of sports scholarship depends on the performance in sports, after admission to the university.
- It should be noted that students can avail only one scholarship at a time.

SAGE University, Indore BTech scholarships can be extended past first year by students for all three schemes. To extend the benefits of scholarships, candidates need to consistently perform in academics, sports or cultural events during their BTech curriculum. Every year, SAGE University, Indore will evaluate candidates for extension of scholarship benefit, based on their performance.
SAGE University, Indore BTech students can be charged different amounts of fees based on chosen accommodation and allotted hostel. Total hostel fees can range between INR 2.45 Lacs to INR 5.25 lakh. This fees also includes a caution deposit alongside hostel charged.
SAGE University, Indore MBA fees is charged mostly on yearly basis. However, examination fees within MBA fees is charged on semesterly basis where candidates are charged before each semester's final exams.
If candidates avail hostel and transport service, that fee is also charged on yearly basis.
