Sanjay Godawat University does not offer any specialisation in the BCom course. It only offers a general BCom course for the duration of four years, divided into eight semesters. This course is offered in the full-time mode. The selection process for the BCom course depends on the merit released by the university on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12. Moreover, to get selected, candidates are required to fill out the university's admission form and must qualify for the basic eligibility criteria that state candidates must complete their Class 12 from a recognised board of education or three years of Diploma courses after Class 10 from the Board of Technical Education conducted by the Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.

The university gave its students an average annual package of Rs 3.25 lakh in 2022; the lowest package was Rs 2.5 lakh. After receiving duly signed admission cancellation request letter from the candidate as per schedule published by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, the University shall cancel the admission immediately. The refund of fees on or before cut-off date of admission declared by the Sanjay  Ghodawat University, shall be made within two days i.e. total fee minus the  processing charges of Rs.1,000/-, or refund rule shall be as per the guidelines of the  appropriate authorities or the State Government, as the case may be. If the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of the admission declared by the  Sanjay Ghodawat University, there shall be no refund except the Security Deposit and  Caution Money Deposit.
