    A: 

    The median package offered for SGBAU's UG 4-year and PG 2-year placements in 2022 was INR 2.11 LPA and INR 2.40 LPA, respectively, according to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University's NIRF report 2023. Additionally, at the SGBAU UG 4-year placements in 2022, a total of 18 students were placed out of 44 students.

    The largest package (12 LPA) in the placement drive of 2022 was recorded by PDKV Akola. Top employers include Reliance Foundation, Mahindra, IFFCO, Bayer Crop Science, and others.

    Hence, PKDV has a better placement cell and placement opportunities.

    A: 

    Yes, at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, there are hostel facilities available. Students who are officially  pursuing a programme offered at the main campus and wish to reside on campus can avail the hostel facilities. As per an official document, there are separate hostel facilities available for boys and girls.

    In total, there are four girls hostels and three boys hostels. 
    As per student reviews present on Shiksha, the university offers good hostel facilities. The university's in-house hostels provide quality food, electricity, and a strict but secure environment.

    Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, MHT CET, CBSE 12th, Maharashtra HSC, ICAR AIEEA, and others. Candidates applying through JEE Main must prepare well for the JEE Main exams. Prior preparation is very important. For prior preparation, candidates must read the JEE Main books, attempt as many JEE Main question papers as possible.

    Worried about joining the college.
    Placements: Basically moderate companies but moderate salary packages only invited. Our departmental students were not allowed to attend non-core companies, because they arranged 7 to 8 core companies especially for our departments. Clearing the technical round of interviews was difficult in our department. Completely lost confidence in our campus placement.
    Infrastructure: Hosteller's should be informed in advance regarding the needs of hostel rooms if you plan to live in hostels, otherwise you won't get any facilities from the side of college. Hostels won't allow the use of the mess which located outside the campus area. If they fail to obey it, they won't allot rooms for accommodation.
    Faculty: Teachers introduced a lot of twists and turns in the exams, and they contributed all their time to the professional work only. They focused on bringing out various milestones in the educational performance of the college. Question papers were prepared in critical manner which would be theoretically the toughest.

    My review of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
    Placements: Placement and job opportunities are available for the students. In the last sem of the exam, the placement can be happened. The students of the final year can take the campus test and interview. Up to nowadays TCS, Cognizant, and other MNC companies have come for interviews. The salary package offered is 2 LPA. The students placed merely those who have skills up to 20 per year.
    Infrastructure: Teaching is good. Practicals are performed by every student and instruments are also good. Many activities are conducted by respective departments to make the learning interesting and train students to make them skillful. Rooms in a hostel are good. Enough space for two persons. There are a lot of unwanted and illogical rules. Warden is so judgemental. Food is repeated no change in the menu so many restrictions. Honesty I feel frustrated here and gonna change it next year.
    Faculty: The average teacher-to-student ratio is 40:1; however, it varies across different subjects. For example, in mathematics, the ratio is 80:1. While the teaching staff is very experienced, they may not be as advanced as needed for today's generation. We can interact with teachers during practical sessions, and if we have any questions, we can reach out to them at any time via phone.

    It was a good experience to be a part of this institution.
    Placements: So we have not yet pursued the course, so we can't predict future placements. Sorry, it's too early to say, but yes, whatever you heard about this institution, there is a good chance of placement, and it's going well as well. It's far different than that big buzzy college environment, and it's actually being euphoric.
    Infrastructure: So, of course, what I notice in my institution—the library, every lab, etc.—were excellent. The teachers here were excellent as well as supportive and caring, who knew students and supported their goodwill, etc. Overall, a good experience.
    Faculty: Teachers here are good, supportive, caring, etc. They carry out multiple extracurricular activities and nurture and cultivate a new talent in students. I have had a good experience in this time. The teachers are helpful to us.
    Other: I chose this course because I feel more opportunities are there for myself in this field.

    Best MBA college in Akola.
    Placements: The college stated that during the admissions process, many MNC companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Capgemini conduct on-campus drives. But all placements are done off campus, and the college again charges fees for superset. The package offered is 3.5 to 4 LPA, which is off campus. The college helps create our LinkedIn ID and tells us to find internships on LinkedIn.
    Infrastructure: Some facilities are good, but basic facilities like water, washrooms, and floor cleaning are not good. There is no Wi-Fi on campus; it is only for staff. The library is big; they have all the curriculum books. Hostel is only for girls, no boys. We have our own hostel gym and sports ground. Mess food comes in a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The canteen is very bad.
    Faculty: Teachers are very dedicated to teaching; they prepare us for off-campus placements, including coding, aptitude, group discussion, and interview preparation. Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University managers: our college curriculum and academic activities follow their instructions. Exams are very easy; from books, we can get good marks.
    Other: We missed one annual fest due to the pandemic, but they organized it on a large scale. A lot of activities were done during the fest.

    My opinion on Shri Shivaji College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
    Placements: College supports us to face off-campus placement drives. In on-campus, 1-2 companies are invited by the college. The maximum salary is 30,000 per month, but in off-campus, many students are placed in MNC companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, etc. They give a package of 3-4 LPA. College does not provide internships.
    Infrastructure: Campus is good and facilities are also good. Drinking water shortage, no Wi-Fi are some problems. Library is big and good they have a big collection of books. College has a hostel but it is not in use, students live in rented rooms. College food is very unhealthy and hygienic sports ground has big grass, no cleaning we do not have a coach.
    Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but some students' behavior is not good; they are problematic to both students and teachers. College staff is not understanding of our concerns. The syllabus of the course has 2 optional subjects and three compulsory subjects. Term-end exams are easy; scoring and passing both are easy.

    We have the best faculty members.
    Placements: There were fewer placements in the class of 60 students; 20 students only got jobs, but 6-7 students got jobs by campus drives. The top-placed student was hired by TCS through digital at 7 LPA of package; they got a job off campus. Companies that hire are Infosys, Aloha, Cognizant, etc. Internships are only for bachelor's students; for us, no internships are given.
    Infrastructure: The college is in a very old building; they do not have proper facilities; there is no Wi-Fi; the classrooms are very old; the computer labs are good; but sometimes we face electricity issues. But the college fee is very low compared to other colleges. The hostel is good but the food and other facilities need improvement. They do have a proper water facility. The canteen is big; they have breakfast and beverages.
    Faculty: Faculty members prepare us to face any off-campus test and interview; they make us self-reliable; teachers are doctorate and masters-qualified. The course curriculum is very backward in industries where these technologies are no longer in use. There are many complaints regarding paper checking and exams. The college needs to communicate with students.
    Other: The college does not organize fests; if organized, they are only for two or three days. Vacations are very short.
