The student who qualify the entrance exams like JEE advance, TNEA are eligible to take admission for BTech at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences. The student need a 75 percent+ score in 12 th class and need to qualify the entrance exam and qualify for the cutoff also. After he/she qualifies in the cutoff, final admission steps like counselling, interview takes place.

Additionally, the university also reserved the setas for minorities i.e., SC/ ST/ OBC category. However, this would not be applicable in the case of minority institutions referred to the Clause (1) of Article 30 of the Constitution of India.

TNEA stands for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions. The Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu conducts TNEA every year. It is an online counselling window. All Indian National candidates who wish to take admission to Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges, University Departments and Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and for the seats surrendered by Self-Financing Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu have to apply for TNEA counselling.

TNEA counselling is a Unified Single Window Admission System for Indian Nationals only. The courses offered via this online counselling are BE/BTech and BE (sandwich) courses. TNEA counselling is conducted online in 4 rounds as per the schedule. Candidates need to participate in corresponding rounds based on their rank.

 Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences is not very Expensive,   The most expensive course at this University is MBA which costs 3.5 lacs for 1 year. And the cheapest course is Bp.ed which costs 30k per year. Looking at these figures it can be said that this University is not very expensive. Mostly colleges charge more than 3.5 lacs for MBA on an average basis.
