I am very happy because I joined a good college.

Placements: Most of the students got placed in our college, the top recruiting companies are like Cognizant, TCS, etc. The package is starting from 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The internships are also referred to by the college. The top roles are like front-end designers and software trainee.

Infrastructure: The course infrastructure is good because the college is following the flipped learn methods, which is more useful for us. The classrooms are good, the campus has full Wi-Fi facilities available, the canteen is good, there are too many canteens in our college, and the college gives importance to sports.

Faculty: The faculty are very knowledgeable and they are very friendly. The curriculum is easy, whichever subject you want from your department, you will be able to learn. The exams are conducted three months. The exam fees are Rs. 600 rupees per paper. It's easy to clear the exam.

Other: Everywhere there is a culture. The events are conducted on a monthly basis, and the college is also providing scholarships. The campus is a little bit crowded. The campus surroundings are very green and environmentally friendly.

The infrastructure is really very good. The food and food courts are nice.

Placements: The highest package in last year’s (2025) placements was 34 LPA. Saveetha School of Engineering’s average placement package is currently 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include JP Morgan, Hexaware, TCS, Cognizant Technology Services, IBM, Amazon, and Avasoft.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good compared to other colleges in Chennai. But the college is located in outer Chennai, which is a bit disappointing. AC classrooms are available, but not all classrooms have AC. The library is a landmark of this college. Many canteens are available inside the campus.

Faculty: Only passionate faculty members teach and always help you. Other faculty members teach just to earn. This college follows a system where we choose our own faculty and courses. We can choose the courses and faculty we want, which is an advantage.

Good placement is there.

Placements: My college is nice about batches and courses, with a minimum 80% enough to go into placement. The lowest package is 4 LPA and the highest is 44 LPA. 80% enough to get placed, and then internships and jobs are very rare, and to get one, it's difficult to get a job.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities at the college are so good, but Saveetha College is better for furniture and other things which is for students. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are so good for us. Coming to the hostel, for us, only canteens are available.

Faculty: Coming to the curriculum, basically, many colleges are tough, but our college is good at exams, and the passing percentage is too good. Kindly come and prepare, if it's enough to get a good place in college itself, but we need to plan according to that.

Other: Good placement, but we need to put in hard work. After that, only we can get placed with any company.

It has good infrastructure, and we have around 50 canteens.

Placements: I am studying in the CSE (AI) department. In my college, the highest package in 2025 is 44 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. In 2024, the highest package was 36 LPA. The highest package was received by the Amazon company. In the past year, the highest package has increased.

Infrastructure: There are 6 hostels in my college. I am staying in Kaveri hostel, which has good infrastructure. It provides two sharing rooms with AC and non-AC rooms, where the cost is one LPA. The closing time of my hostel is 9:00 PM, whereas other hostel timings were up to 8:00 PM.

Faculty: There are many Ph.D. faculty members in my college, around 400 faculty members are present in the computer science department. We can choose any faculty and subject as we wish, which is useful for students. Some faculty members are good towards students and have good internal marks, which is helpful for students to achieve a higher CGPA.

Other: The main thing I like about campus is the good atmosphere and green atmosphere. The college has great infrastructure, and our college is around 180 acres. We have a hospital in our university.
