Faculty: Teachers are well qualified for the position they are in. There the exams are held every 20 days for each subject. They even give results in grades for each subject. So you do not need to worry about the CGPA.

Practicals are conducted with the patients and the mannequin. The students are provided the hospital exposure from the first year until the last (more intense than the government medical college).
