The student who qualify the entrance exams like JEE advance, TNEA are eligible to take admission for BTech at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences. Yes you can get Savitha University with 85% in JEE Mains because according to Saveetha and many more university does offer admission at this percentile.
