Sharda University BCA Courses & Fees 2026: Admission Dates, Eligibility & Selection Process

 Yes, Sharda University BCA admission is completely entrance-based. The university conducts Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) for admission to its UG & PG courses. To qualify for this entrance exam, candidates are required to obtain minimum 35% aggregate in the entrance exam. This exam is conducted in an online mode. To appear for SUAT, candidates who passed Class 12 and are results awaited may apply. Further, to apply for SUAT,   candidates are required to apply online on the official website of Sharda University by paying an application fee of INR 1,500 for Female candidates and INR 1,000 for Male candidates. Sharda University offers scholarships to its meritorious students. The university offers scholarships of a minimum of 5% up to 100% based on the valid percentage obtained in Class 12. Students also get scholarships of up to 100% by qualifying SUSAT entrance exam, which is conducted by the university in an online mode. Sharda University offers BCA for a duration of three years. This course is offered across two specialisations, namely Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Cloud Computing and IoT. Candidates can study these courses at School of Engineering and Technology. The university offers admissions to international students as well. Yes, for admission to the BTech programme, the university accepts JEE Main score as well as UPSEE and Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) scores.

For admission to the BTech programme, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of JEE Mains All India Rank up to 3 lac.

To become eligible for JEE Main Counselling 2023, candidates must secure more than or equal to the category-wise cutoff of JEE Main. Only those candidates who meet JEE Main qualifying cutoffs will be eligible for appearing in the JoSAA counseling. Candidates must secure minimum ranks for admission to Sharda University.

Sharda University accpets CAT score for admission to MBA course. To get admission to MBA course offered by the university candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria: 

• Complete graduation with a minimum fifty percent marks.
• Candidate must be proficient in English language.
• Candidate must have cleared SUAT  (Online Test),
           or
• Candidate must have cleared MAT with seventy-five percentile or above,
           or
• Candidate must have cleared CAT /XAT with a minimum of sixty-five percentile or above score followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
