• Withdrawal of admission before the notified last date of admission- Refund of 50% of tuition fees
• Withdrawal of admission after the notified last date of admission- No refund

Shivaji University BA course selection criteria are based on merit in the qualifying examination. To get admission to the aforementioned course, the students first must apply via the official website of the college. After the application stage, the admission committee produces a merit/rank list based on the merit of applicants. The committee then shortlists students based on the rank list.
