The average package offered in recent placements is not out yet. As per the NIRF report 2024, the median package offered to BPharma and MPharma students during 2023 placements stood at INR 1.20 LPA and INR 1.87 LPA, respectively. The university conducted SOET for all the UG and PG courses in the field of Agriculture, Horticulture and Pharmacy courses offered by it. For all the remaining courses, the university conducts online counselling based on past academic merit. 

The official placement report or brochure is yet to be released. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out, which incorporates the 2023 statistics. Out of 50 BPharma graduates 1 was placed in the 2023 drive. Further, 2 out of 6 MPharma students were placed. SHUATS conducts an online entrance test (SOET) for the selection of students to a few of the BSc courses. The 2025 schedule for the exam has not been released yet. However, based on previous year's schedules, SHUATS 2025 is expected to be conducted in the month of July. The registration process for the same generally starts in March and lasts till June.

For applying for BTech at SHUATS Allahabad one must have completed 12th from CBSE or UP board with atleat 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category.

After satisfying this criteria, students have to qualify the SHIATS entrance exam. Which completely merit based.

For few courses like agricultural, food technology and dairy specialisation BTech, there is another entrance called SOET (SHUATS online entrance exam)

SHUATS is one of the premier Universities in Allahabad and has been receiving rankings from major bodies in India. As per the 2023 rankings, SHUATS has been ranked 70th in the NIRF Pharmacy rankings. Similarly, for the years 2022 and 2020, SHUATS achieved 79th and 56th respectively in the NIRF Pharmacy rankings. SHUATS NIRF rankings are tabulated in the table below:

The college's infrastructure is good, and they provide every facility. The college provides hostels for boys and girls separately. Admission to the hostel was based on a first-come, first-served basis, and preferences are given to the non-local students. The infrastructure of the hostel was good and well-facilitated with Wi-Fi, gym, etc.

So the college life can be rated a good 4 (out of 5)

The numerous fests and cultural events make the overall college life joyfull.
