SHUATS BSc Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BSc at SHUATS is an undergraduate programme offered with various specialisations. Some of the top specialisations are Zoology, Botany and Chemistry, Animation and Visual Effects, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and more. The university offers BSc courses in the field of Paramedical Sciences too. All these courses run for three years. Other than this, the university also has a BSc (Hons) programme. Under this four-year course, students get to choose from different specialisations, including Agriculture, Community Science, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, and more.
SHUATS BSc admissions are both entrance and merit-based. This is because admission to various BSc courses is via Open Online Counselling. Admission listed below is done based on SOET (SHUATS Online Entrance Test) scores:

SHUATS BCom Fees 2024
The fee structure for SHUATS courses includes various fee components such as exam fees, tuition fees, security deposits, etc. As per the structure, the total tuition fee to pursue BCom ranges from INR 1 lakh to INR 4.8 lakh.

SHUATS conducts an in-house entrance test for admission to a few of the BSc courses. As per previous year's schedules, SHUATS entrance exam is usually conducted in the month of July. STEP 1: SHUATS BSc Application Process 2024
Those who wish to apply online can follow the belowmentioned steps:
Step1.1: Go to the official admission portal at https://shuats.org/appform/login.aspx
Step 1.2: Register as new candidate.
Step 1.3: Login to the account made in the previous step.
Step 1.4: Fill out the application form.
Step 1.5: Pay the SHUATS BSc application fees 2024 of INR 1,000.
Step 1.6: Submit the form.
STEP 2: SOET 2025
Students who wish to enroll in BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, and BSc (Hons) Forestry must appear for the SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET). It is an online computer-based entrance test conducted by the university. The exam is conducted via many online test centres.
STEP 3: Counselling Process
After the announcement of SOET results, students are required to participate in the offline merit-based counselling process.
For non-SOET BSc courses, the university conducts an online open counselling process. Students are allocated seats in order of their merit in the qualifying examination.

The criteria for allocation of SHUATS BSc seats differs based on choice of specialisation. Seats reserved under BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture and BSc (Hons) Forestry are offered based on SOET socres. The seats reserved under the rest of the specialisations are allocated based on students performance in the qualifying examination.
Moreover, these seats are also subject to the rules of reservation followed by the university. As per SHUATS BSc seat reservation policy, 50% of the total seats are reserved for Christian students, and 50% of the seats are reserved for admission of candidates belonging to the general category.
