Review of SHUATS - Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.

Placements: I joined this college in the year 2016. In the year 2020, I will leave this college, and it will take 1-year extra because of my backlogs. The salary offered to the students ranges between Rs. 20,000 to 8 LPA. A top role offered in our course is agriculture.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college were very bad and not much hygienic. Classrooms are very dirty. Quality of the food served to the students was not good, but students manage it. Some students go outside to eat fast food sometimes. They get sick from the food of canteen. They serve unhealthy food for us.

Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful throughout the semester, but some teachers are so bad. In the previous year, I asked one teacher to teach me somethings, and then she said to go to some other teacher. They just want to sit and eat, and there is no respect for students.

Other: Many events and fests are not organised in our department. I have chosen this course because I think B.Sc is a good course.

Overall nice campus very peaceful with green enivorment with helpful staffs.

Placements: 75% of students have placements in top companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., with an average package of 3.5 Lacs. You can join internships through the college campus or by yourself. They provide different options, and you can choose based on your preference, but you have to inquire about placements and internships on your own.

Infrastructure: There are 3-4 departments in one building, each with large classrooms, different types of labs, and a variety of libraries. There is a canteen offering tasty food at low cost and in good quantity. The computer labs have connected Wi-Fi, and on each floor, there are at least 2-3 spacious labs for computer, Physics, electronics, and engineering.

Faculty: The department teachers and staff are all very nice to the students; they teach well and offer guidance for the future. There aren't many problems in exams; if you learn well in the classroom and with notes, you can clear all your exams with a good percentage.

Other: They provide games, tournaments, fests, and scholarships, along with many extracurricular activities for you to enjoy.
