Admissions at Sikkim University are based on the Central University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For admission to all courses in UG and PG, CUET is conducted at eight venues. MBA admissions are also based on CAT or MAT or CMAT scores along with scores in a bachelor’s degree.

Sikkim University is building a world-class campus on a plot of land measuring 300 acres at Yangang in the South District of Sikkim and located 56 kilometers from Gangtok.
