SPA Delhi BPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BPlan at SPA Delhi is an undergraduate course offered for a four-year duration. This programme teaches students how to manage land and property development. Moreover, the mode of education is regular. Furthermore, this course is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Other than this, the institute also offers a BPlan + MPlan integrated course. This course is suited for students who wish to study a PG integrated course. The duration of this programme is five years.
SPA Delhi BPlan admissions are granted based on JEE Main (Paper-II) scores, followed by JoSAA counselling. Additionally, for students of the NRI/PIO/FN category, admission is through Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA). For admission to SPA Delhi courses, students must pay the first installment of the fees. As per the fee structure, the total tuition fee to be paid for the BPlan course is INR 4 lakh. Yes, SPA Delhi does offer BPlan admissions to NRI candidates. Admission of Foreign National/Non-Resident Indian and Person of Indian Origin is made through DASA. Thus, candidates belonging to the aforementioned categories and seeking admission to the BPlan programme must visit the official website of DASA and do the needful. The tuition fees for such candidates is USD 7,000 per semester.

BPlan admissions are granted based on scores obtained in the JEE Main Paper-II exam. As per the SPA Delhi BPlan cutoff 2024, the JEE Main last round closing rank stood at 1458 for admissions via JEE Main. SPA Delhi BPlan seats are distributed based on JEE Main Paper-II results. Moreover, the distribution of these seats is also subject to the rules of reservation. As per the SPA Delhi BPlan seat reservation policy, 5% of seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons. Moreover, two seats are reserved for wards or dependents of Defence or Paramilitary Personnel killed or permanently disabled in action during war or peacetime operations (Category DS).
