SPA Delhi MPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
SPA Delhi MPlan is a postgraduate course offered for a duration of two years. Under this programme, this institute offers five specialisations, including Environmental Planning, Housing, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, and Urban Planning. All these courses are offered in full-time mode.
Admission to the SPA Delhi MPlan courses is made based on valid GATE/CEED/UGC NET scores. The institute releases a merit list that includes the names of all the selected students. Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. The institute considers scores in GATE/ CEED for M.Arch and MPlan, JEE Main (Paper-II)/ DASA UG for BArch, CEED for MDes and JEE Main (Paper-II) for BPlan programmes. For admission to SPA Delhi courses, students must pay various fee components included in the SPA Delhi fee structure. To get admission to the SPA Delhi PhD course, students must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements. Those who satisfy the eligibility criteria can apply by filling out the application available on the institute's official website. The fee to apply is INR 2,500.
After the application process, the selection of students is done based on their merit obtained in the last qualifying exam, academic record, interest in the programme, desired area of research, and work experience (if any). At last, the selected candidates must report to the institute for document verification and payment of fees.
SPA Delhi has released the NIRF 2024 report. As per the report, 157 PG (2-year) students were placed during the 2023 placements. Moreover, the median package offered to overall PG (2-year) students stood at INR 6.75 LPA. Other than this, some of the top recruiters who have participated in the SPA Delhi placements included Ernst & Young, WSP India, Honda Motor Company, etc.
