The best college if you want to enjoy your college life; it's well-diversified.
Placements: Post like town planner, country planner, and transport planner, and also the placements can be in many government offices and as well as private offices. The highest and the lowest package according to me in my college for the private sector is like 6 LPA to 10 LPA. The companies like IPE Global, Hitachi Vantara, LASA, L&T, DDA, DTC, DMRC, and ISRO.
Infrastructure: When we talk about the facilities on the campus, to be honest, we don’t even have proper classrooms and our building is so weak that we don’t even know when it will collapse. There are no proper drinking water facilities and we don’t have a strong Wi-Fi connection, not even good teaching boards and no good projectors for projecting digital works. But the only good thing on campus is the Nescafe and the canteen from where we can get good food, but still, they impose very high prices on us. There is no hostel on campus, it’s 10 km away.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is completely good with the completely experienced faculty. When we come to the course curriculum, it is so advanced that when we compare it with other colleges, it is 6 months advanced and it will definitely make students ready for the future. The semester exam is not that difficult. Every ordinary student can pass it and the pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because I got this admission in an institute of national importance and there is no scope for the software in the future, so I just want to try something new. The best thing about this course is that it will also give us a chance to get government jobs. When we talk about life in SPA DELHI, it is completely unique from others: the activities, cultural events, the diversity in the college, the extracurricular activities, the festivals celebrated, the bond between seniors and juniors, and the different culture of the college make it special.

Review of SPA Delhi - School of Planning and Architecture.
Placements: Our college provides fewer placements. Students can apply for off-campus placements. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Many construction and planning firms visit our college to recruit students. Top roles offered are consultancy analyst and real estate developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. Our college doesn't provide good facilities. The Wi-Fi facility is not good. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners and projectors. The food served in the mess is not good and expensive. They don't provide sports and games facilities. The gymnasium is not good.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified. They have completed their master's degrees. They are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is relevant. It has a good scope for the future in urban planning and development. Semester exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: It is a good course with a good scope for the future. Many events and fests are held in our college. Our college has many clubs and societies. The infrastructure should be improved.

Dissatisfied by facilities but impressed by faculty and curriculum.
Placements: The placement cell has been formalized but is not very effective for getting companies to the college. About 70% are placed and about 20% pursue further education. The packages vary from 3 LPA to 6 LPA. Some of the recruiting firms are DDA, Hudco, Teri, NIUA, IIHS among others.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided within the college are moderately okay but the hostel sports and medical facilities are not upto the mark for an institute of national importance. The hostel facilities are about 10 to 12 km from the academic buildings Infrastructure for the course in terms of studio workshops and classrooms are up to date The library has archives which are dated back to 1951.
Faculty: An excellent faculty has been appointed within the college who have rich experience in both academic as well as industrial exposure. Constant researches and studies alongside publications are being conducted in the college with the faculty and scholars participating equally. This semester exams are not very difficult to pass, but due stress has been given to quality of work.

The food and infrastructure are pathetic, and the placements are nil.
Placements: It is widely claimed that the college is ranked nationwide with people having a million contacts, but there is no scope of placements in the college. With no placements, the college does not justify being called as an institute of national importance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college doesn't even match the standard bar. It is ironic that the school teaches planning and architecture with such poor infrastructure. The conditions here are pathetic.
Faculty: Faculty members and the course curriculum are the only things that add to the name and fame of this college. They are the only things that count in future. They are far too confident with that, so they don't change things. Only faculty and course justify it as an institute of national importance.

The college needs to work on its management.
Placements: The issue with our college is that it doesn't have an active placement cell for the students of bachelors of planning. Out of a batch of 30 students, around 10 have been placed without any help from the college. However, internships provided by the college are satisfactory.
Infrastructure: There are no medical facilities in the college. For sanitation and utilities, a lot of work is required to be done. Overall, the college lacks in providing proper infrastructure and facilities. There are no facilities for sports and games in college. Hostel rooms are too small for lodging.
Faculty: The course curriculum should be updated. Practical knowledge related to project management and financial aspects required in any development project was not provided. Teachers in the college are quite qualified. However, they are not particularly helpful at times. Teaching quality of some visiting professors or even the permanent faculty may not be up to the mark. We did get industry exposure, but it was limited.

Yes, you have a good score but it is not enough to get into any SPA or NIT. You have to get approx. 99 or above to get into any of the colleges I mentioned. Try hard in the April examination to secure the spot.
