SRHU BCA Eligibility & Highlights 2025

Swami Rama Himalayan University BCA is an undergraduate programme of three years duration. In addition to a three-year BCA programme, the university offers a BCA (Hons) and BCA (Hons with Research) that last four years each. Admission to BCA at SRHU is provided based on Class 12 merit.

SRHU BCA Fees 2025

The total tuition fee for BCA courses ranges from INR 1.8 lakh to INR 2.9 lakh. BCA fee at SRHU is also inclusive of other components, such as security deposit, hostel fee, and more. Faculty members are very helpful and excellent knowledgeable.

Placements: Maximum 60% of students are placed in our college. I think the highest package is 6 LPA. Many companies are in contact with our college. Many companies visit our college also. Our college is NAAC+. Our seniors are placed in companies, they are in final year and all of them are placed.

Infrastructure: We have approximately 7-8 labs in our course. I don't know the number of labs in university. Also, Wi-Fi, classes, and library are available in our college.

Faculty: The pass percentage in our college is 40%. Teachers are very helpful. Teachers are masters in their degrees. They teach us with humbleness and with clarity. This course makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are sometimes it's tough, sometimes easy. All the faculty members are very humble and excellent. They teach us with perfection.

Other: Most of the things are perfect in our college like fests, events, scholarship, activities, and other things.

We have a peaceful campus with supportive faculty.

Placements: Around 70% of students are placed in BCA. The highest package is 7 LPA, with an average of around 3-4 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, and TCS visit for placements. About 70% of students secure internships in startups, with roles such as web developer and software trainee. The training and placement cell is improving every year.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are equipped with smart technology, and labs are updated with Wi-Fi and necessary tools. Hostel rooms are clean, the mess food is good, and 24/7 medical care is provided via Himalayan Hospital. Sports and gym facilities are good, including football grounds and other indoor and outdoor areas.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. The curriculum is relevant and industry-oriented. Exams are moderately difficult, and most students pass if they study regularly. Overall, the course prepares students well for the IT field, with a pass percentage of around 80-85% each semester.

Other: Campus life is friendly, calm, and balanced. The crowd is quite diverse and respectful, as students come from many states of India. Events, like teach fests, cultural activities, and annual sports meets, are organized every year.

College is good and nice. It has big campus.

Placements: Percentage of students are placed in our course by 70%. The highest package is 22 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA - 7 LPA. Minimum 60-70% of students get internships in company. If you are intelligent then you should have a good job.

Infrastructure: All facilities are good. Everything is good. Wi-Fi, labs, computer, and library are available. Quality of food is good. Canteen area is very good. We have medical facilities. It has good sports ground for cricket, football, basketball, and tennis. In my opinion, everyone takes their time to visit college.

Faculty: All teachers are helping students. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching techniques are good. Everyone understands what teacher is telling to the students. The difficulty of semester exams in this college is not hard. The pass percentage is 40% and it is good.

Absolutely satisfied with my campus or college because of the knowledgeable faculty members.

Placements: My campus gives 70% placements in every field. The highest package offered in my course is 36 LPA. The lowest package which is offered in my course is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCL, TVS, Tata, Google, and Microsoft.

Infrastructure: Facilities which are available for us are very good and useful. Facilities like strong Wi-Fi support, a water thank for drinking, and smart boards for lectures and online classes are there. A canteen is there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner which is very helpful for those students who live in the hostel.

Faculty: All faculty members are qualified. Some of my college faculty members or teachers are M.Tech and Ph.D. holders. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in the technical field. The semester exams in Swami Drama Himalayan University are quite difficult to pass. Students should have at least 50% marks.

Other: I chose this course because I love machines and technology.

All facilities are available.

Placements: 80 percent of students get placements. From every course, students get placed in top recruiting companies. 3 to 8 LPA packages are offered. Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, etc. are the top recruiters. The roles offered in our course are web development, software development, mobile development and many others.

Infrastructure: The facilities are quite good. Wi-Fi is available in every lab and also in corridors. In every classroom, projectors are available. All published books are available in the library. Every year, sports and games are held in every department and also at the university level.

Faculty: All faculty members have a Ph.D. in CS. In these courses, students get their basic knowledge to get industrialized ready. Students get basic knowledge for a good career. Semester exams are quite easy for those who are focused on their studies. The pass percentage in the semester exam is 40.

Other: I chose this course because I want to make my career in web development. Events are held very joyfully, with fun and with lots of curriculum activities done by a club named Younite Club.

In short, good college if you have a low budget.

Placements: For this computer engineering course at S R H U, around 80% of students get successful placement in various companies. Last recruitment year, the placement process was highly competitive with a wide range of opportunities. The highest package was 10 lacs per year and the lowest was 2.5 lacs per year.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is equipped with high-speed internet connectivity and the department features a good computer lab for coding and learning purposes. The class room has a smart board and a blackboard and the department has a comprehensive collection of books relevant to computer science and engineering.

Faculty: The teaching quality of our teachers is good compared to other universities, and we have to give feedback to our teachers every semester. This course is relevant to making students ready for industry and I think it is hard to pass the semester exam; the passing percentage is 90%.

Other: I think buses need to be improved because classes ended around 3 pm and the bus came at 4:30 pm .
