Tamil Nadu Open University MBA admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2025. Candidates are required to first fill out the application form for the MBA course. Below is the step-wise TNOU MBA admission process:
STEP 1: TNOU MBA Application Process 2025
Candidates are required to fill out the application form online. Candidates must follow the following application process:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of Tamil Nadu Open University.
Step 1.2: On visiting the university's website, the home page will appear where candidates must click on the ‘ONLINE ADMISSION’ tab.
Step 1.3: On clicking the admission tab, a web page screen will appear for making entries of new registration of students for entering their application details.
The University also keeps a brief window for offline admissions for certain candidates as they may not access the online application. If necessary, the personnel at all of the university regional centers and learner support centers facilitate and help students submit online applications.
Before submitting the applications, candidates shall register on the online admission portal. Once registered, users can submit the online application form. In order to support their eligibility, they shall also upload scanned copies of their academic transcripts. The online payment gateway accepts payments by credit card/ debit card, and net banking. The application submission process is completed through OTP received on the registered number.
STEP 2: TNOU MBA Selection Criteria 2025
Tamil Nadu Open University selects candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Selected candidates need to participate in the admission counselling. During the counselling process, candidates are allotted learner support centers. The final step of TNOU admission is to pay the Tamil Nadu Open University MBA fees which range between INR 23,400 and INR 1 lakh in the form of DD.
