LNMIIT PhD Eligibility & Highlights 2025

The LNMIIT Delhi PhD programme is offered in two modes, full-time and part-time. Under this programme, the university offers various specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, and more. With this programme, the university aims to prepare students to pursue their research careers in R&D organisations, industries, and academia.

LNMIIT Delhi PhD admissions are carried out twice in a single academic year, once in the June-July session and again in the November-December session. However, students who have national fellowships can apply for admissions at any point in time throughout the year.

Moreover, for admission of students to the PhD programme, the university conducts a written test followed by the PI process. However, students who have qualified for national-level fellowships like GATE, CSIR, DST-INSPIRE, or other national-level exams are exempted from the university’s written test. Moreover, students must also fulfil the following LNMIIT PhD eligibility criteria:

ECE	MTech/ME/MS (by Research) in ECE – 60% or BTech in CSE, ECE, or any other equivalent discipline with a minimum of 75% and GATE-qualified Or MSc (Electronics, OR, Statistics, Math, or any equivalent discipline) with a minimum of 60% and GATE qualified
MME	Master’s degree in engineering with a minimum 60 % marks Or BTech/BE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 75% marks and GATE qualification
Mathematics/Physics	Master’s degree in mathematics or in the relevant subject with 55% marks Or Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering relevant to Mathematics with 90% marks and a valid GATE of 99 percentile

Review of LNMIIT Jaipur - The LNM Institute of Information Technology

Placements: Placements are quite good here. Placements statistics for this year looks appealing, and statistics are increasing every year. This year, the highest package offered was 36 LPA, and the average package offered was 10.43 LPA. Around 94% of placements and total job offers are 244.

Infrastructure: I would rate infrastructure 8.5 out of 10. Sports facilities are quite good, and you can get fields or courts for almost every sport in college. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus except in the hostel where there is LAN system which offers unlimited data every day. The library facilities are great, and the library is one of the most elegant places on the campus.

Faculty: You can see the entire course curriculum on the institute, official website, and also the qualifications of faculty members are also available on the website. The faculty members are helpful, highly qualified and supportive except in some rare cases (you will get that everywhere). In a class, the faculty to student ratio is around 1: 100-150, that may even many times change to 1: 4-5.

Satisfied with alll outcomes.

Placements: Placements record is impressive. Last year's (2018-2019) placement report shows that average package of the whole batch was near around 10 to 10.5 lacs, with a minimum package of 3.5 lacs and a maximum package of 35 lacs. There is a placement cell too.

Infrastructure: All the requirements are fulfilled in terms of necessities. For sure there are no luxurious facilities provided but a student can manage very effectively and efficiently with the facilities provided. Wi-Fi, sports, labs, classrooms, air conditioning, medical facilities, all are very good.

Faculty: Faculty members, talking about Computer Science engineering department only, are quite good with good knowledge and qualifications. The course curriculum is the same as that of IIT Kanpur and it includes most of the major subjects and topics which are required for the corporate world.

Can I get B.Tech CSE in LNMIIT with 94.4 percentile in JEE Mains?

No it is not possible to get BTech CSE in LNMIIT with 94.45 percentile in JEE Main because they require much higher percentile and lower ranks

And if you have any reservation quota then you may get admission in that but not in CSE.
