The Neotia University BPharm admission process starts with the online application process. After the application process, the university shortlists applicants based on the preset eligibility and selection criteria. The final step involves document verification and fee payment. The detailed process of The Neotia University admission for the BPharm is given below:
Step 1: Application Process
The Neotia University BPharm application process is conducted on the university's official website at www.tnu.in. New users must start by filling out the registration form for UG courses. After the registration process is completed successfully, an email with a link to the applicants' Dashboard is automatically sent to the registered email ID along with login & password details. Applicants must log in to their Dashboard, fill out the Application Form, upload the required documents and submit a non-refundable application fee of INR 300.
Step 2: Provisional Admission
Once the application form is submitted successfully, a unique 'Application Number' is generated for each applicant. The next step is to submit INR 20,000 for 'Provisional Admission' to BPharm. Part-payment for the 'Provisional Admission fee' is not accepted. The fee must be paid using online payment modes (NEFT, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) as no cash transaction is allowed during the admission procedure. A screenshot of the “Transaction ID” must be shared with the respective admission counsellor and the designated person in the Accounts Department through an e-mail on the prescribed email ID.
Step 3: Final Admission
BPharma admission at The Neotia University is based on the applicants' performance in the last qualifying exam, eligibility, and seat availability. For admission to the regular BPharm programme, the selection is based on the applicants' Class 12 merit. For the BPharm (Lateral Entry) programme, applicants are selected based on their merit in the Diploma in Pharmacy/DPharm exam. They may also have to appear for a Personal Interview with the Vice Chancellor/Competent Authority. Candidates who do not fulfil the preset criteria can still be selected for Lateral Entry on the approval of the university’s ‘Admission Committee’.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment
The university issues 'Offer Letters' to selected candidates through e-mail/Dashboard. Such candidates must log in to their Dashboard to fill out the 'Online Admission Form', upload all the required documents and submit the remaining amount of The Neotia University fee for the first semester. The Neotia University BPharm fee for the first semester is INR 1.14 lakh. It includes a one-time fee of INR 29,000 and a tuition fee of INR 85,000. A money receipt is sent to candidates via e-mail/Whatsapp within 48 hours of the payment. The admission process is completed with the generation of a 'UID Number'.
