The Neotia University MBA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission Process, Seats

The Neotia University MBA admission process is inclusive of multiple steps. It starts with the online application process and ends with the final fee payment. All the steps included in the process of The Neotia University admission for the MBA course are discussed below in detail:

Step 1: Application Process

The Neotia University MBA application process is conducted online on the university's official website at www.tnu.in. Aspirants must start by filling out the registration form for PG courses. Once the registration process is completed successfully, an email with a link to the applicants' Dashboard is automatically sent to the registered email ID along with log in & password details. The next step is to log in to the Dashboard, fill out the Application/Admission Form and upload the required documents. Applicants must also submit a non-refundable application fee of INR 300.

Step 2: Provisional Admission

Once the application form is submitted successfully, a unique 'Application Number' is generated for each applicant. The next step is to submit INR 10,000 (refundable in case of admission withdrawal) for 'Provisional Admission'. Part-payment for the 'Provisional Admission fee' is not accepted. The fee must be paid using online payment modes (NEFT, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) as no cash transaction is allowed during the admission procedure. A screenshot of the “Transaction ID” must be shared with the respective admission counsellor and the designated person in the Accounts Department through an e-mail on the prescribed email ID.

Step 3: Final Admission

The Neotia University MBA admission is finalised based on the applicants' Graduation merit, eligibility and the availability of seats. MBA aspirants are also required to appear for a Personal Interview (PI) with the university's Vice Chancellor/Dean/Director/Chairperson/HOD/Competent Authority. Selected candidates are issued 'Offer Letters' through e-mail/Dashboard. Such candidates must log in to their Dashboard to fill out the 'Online Admission Form', upload all the required documents and submit the remaining amount of The Neotia University fee for the first semester. The Neotia University MBA fee for the first semester is INR 1.19 lakh. It includes a one-time fee of INR 29,000. A money receipt is sent to candidates via e-mail/Whatsapp within 48 hours of the fee payment. The final admission process is completed with the generation of a 'UID Number'. Candidates without a 'UID Number' are not allowed to attend the classes.

The Neotia University MBA scholarships include various merit-based as well as need-based scholarships. Eligible candidates can get 'Guaranteed Scholarships' starting 25% to 100% of tuition fees. Except for the Chancellor Scholarship, all the other scholarships require applicants to have scored over the specified minimum aggregate in their Graduation degree. • Sahodarya Scholarship: 25% on tuition fees for siblings of all TNU students (present or passed out)
• Gramotthan Scholarship: Upto 50% on tuition fees for students from the Gram Panchayat area of South 24 Parganas with a family income of less than 5 LPA
• Special Hill Students Scholarship: Upto 50% on tuition fees for residents of GTA Area (West Bengal), North-East states, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nepal & Bhutan
• Sarvodaya Scholarship: Upto 50% on tuition fees for students with a family income less than INR 2.5 LPA
• Chancellor Scholarship: Upto 100% on tuition fees for students with a family income less than INR 2.5 LPA on special recommendation of the Empowered Committee
• Sports Scholarship: 25% on tuition fees for State/National-level participants/champions
• Cultural Scholarship: 25% on tuition fees for State/National-level participants/champions
