No, University of Rajasthan MEd admissions are purely entry-based. As per an official brochure, the university accepts a valid score in the state-level entrance test, i.e., PBMET. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must register and appear for the exam. Based on scores obtained in the exam, students are ranked and allocated a seat. 

Candidates seeking admission to the University of Rajasthan MEd programme must first do an eligibility check. Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria must register for the PBMET exam. • Candidates must have passed BEd degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/OBC)
• Must be at least 23 years of age at the time of online enrollment for the exam
