A short review of UEM Kolkata.

Infrastructure: I don't live in a college hostel. But my friends live in it, and they say it has a pretty good infrastructure. But there is a serious problem with Wi-Fi. Sometimes it's gone for a long time. But otherwise it's good for students. They provide healthy foods.

Good placements overall, although no college life, but apart from that ,everything is good enough.

Infrastructure: The course B.Tech is taught nicely enough. The hostel, although it hasn't taken any, is still good enough from what I've heard, although the canteen food isn't good enough, but apart from that, everything is acceptable, could be made better, such as more sitting space in the canteen, and hygienic food.

If you want to pass the time and change professions in the future, join the college.

Infrastructure: Labs are not so equipped, sometimes the tools and machines do not work. Wi-Fi facility is good. Library is not well designed, finding a particular book is like a search hunt, it looks like a staffroom. I do not stay in college hostel, so I cannot say anything about it.

A hidden gem once. Not up to the mark now. Dense campus life, which feels more like a school.

Infrastructure: The campus is very congested. The cafeteria is very small in comparison to the number of students on campus on an average working day. Wi-Fi is weak when there are too many simultaneous connections. The basic classrooms are non-AC, except for labs and some special classrooms. They have AC. Hostel and Mess are okayish. Food is decent, and rooms are not very spacious but manageable.

Experience of my college life. The worst college in Kolkata.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, but most of the labs and most of the high-tech things were not accessible to us, like the labs were shut down, and we couldn't go there unless we had a lab class. In the free class, we still can't do our stuff, like if we want to learn new things, we can't do that. If the faculty has even given us an assignment, we have done that, and the rest of the time, we have to just pass the time, we can't even use the computer.

An efficient way to success.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are available but often slow or outdated. Classrooms lack modern facilities and the library is decent but limited. Hostel rooms are small and mess food is average with hygiene issues. Sports facilities are minimal and medical help is basic and needs improvement.

Excellent facilities, modern campus, and friendly environment.

Infrastructure: Overall, UEM campus offers excellent infrastructure with digitized classrooms, modern labs, a robust library, and recreational space. Hostel facilities are functional and secure, but some students mention issues like space constraints, mess food quality, strict supervision, and distance from the main campus.

Great learning environment with strong placements and supportive faculty.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are normal but well-maintained. The labs have good systems for coding and AI work. The campus Wi-Fi is decent, and the library has helpful resources. Seminars and workshops provide extra learning. I live in a PG, but my friends say the hostel food, Wi-Fi, medical, and sports facilities are good.

Good college with nice teachers and placements, needs more practical learning.

Infrastructure: UEM Kolkata's CSE (AI) department has decent infrastructure with normal classrooms, some AC rooms, good Wi-Fi, and well-equipped labs. Library has good digital resources. Hostel facilities are average with basic rooms, and food in the mess is okay but can be improved. Medical help is available. Sports like football, basketball, and indoor games are supported.

This is absolutely value for money.

Infrastructure: CSE dept has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and good library access. Hostel rooms are decent, with 24/7 water and electricity. Mess food is average, canteen is better. Medical help is available. Sports facilities like cricket and badminton.

Mediocre placement, decent infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are decent, offering three meals a day, shared rooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in some rooms, and security on the premises. Students are not allowed to leave the premises; if they do so, it must be with permission from their guardian and the hostel warden.

Campus is restricted, well-disciplined, poor infrastructure, but good placements in recent years.

Infrastructure: Some are good, but the majority are depressed. Below average (no AC, slow internet, frequent power cuts). The library is good, and the medical facility is also very good. The food quality is good, but the taste is the worst. The sports ground is small, and physical education is graded low due to study pressure.

The infrastructure isn't excellent.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi quality is very poor, and only the electronics lab has air conditioning facilities, but they are not working properly. No classroom has air conditioning facilities, and even our computer lab has no air conditioning. We have a big library. Very poor facilities. The college canteen has very poor food quality. We have a medical room, but we have no space or time for other sports and games activities.

Overall, it is a good college, but not value for money. You must think before taking admission.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. All necessary facilities are available in our department, including Wi-Fi, modern labs, classrooms, and projectors. I don’t know much about the hostels because they are optional for everyone. However, according to some hostellers, the facilities are good and the food quality is decent, but not value for money.
