For me the best part here is its infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our university. All placements are done through it, companies come, interview students, and then select them. The maximum package is 20 LPA to 22 LPA, and the minimum is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Internships are available in many companies and the Physics department also offers internships in some research institutes.

Infrastructure: The lab is also well-equipped and smart classrooms are there. The entire department is equipped with Wi-Fi. Apart from that, there is a library in our department for our course which has a lot of books. The rooms in the hostel are very comfortable. Apart from that, there is a canteen in the hostel. There is a canteen near the department as well, and the food there is also very good and healthy.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are highly qualified and have a lot of knowledge. They believe in teaching through practical. Semester exams are not that difficult but we need to study carefully. 33% marks are required to pass, apart from that our course is relevant to the industry.

Really good infrastructure and nice faculty members.

Placements: I am currently pursuing masters here in physics got admitted here in 2023, and this is my last year of PG. I did my graduation from here only, and that's why I am aware of most of the things here regarding teaching and all. The batchmates here are actually very good and intellectual, and that creates a very healthy and competitive environment among the students themselves.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is actually very nice. We have AC in all the classrooms, and there is smart board facility in each classroom. Talking about hostels, the mess provides pretty average food. Hostel management is very good with its rules and regulations. The infrastructure is very good but the only thing that takes the point away in hostels is its food.

Faculty: Faculty members here are actually very nice. They are always available to help the students. Teachers are teaching really well. The curriculum goes smoothly and gets finished on time. The exams get conducted sometimes earlier than usual which is a point of concern. Professors here are very cooperative and understanding. They are helpful for every small thing when a student is in a problem. The teaching quality is really good here.

Other: I chose this course because physics department of LU is the best among all. The complete credit goes to its faculty members and teachers because they leave no stone unturned in order to help us. The only thing that can be improved here is the placement cell and the irregularities in exams. Extracurricular activities are conducted from time to time which is good. The scholarships are allotted fairly every year.

The college has good facilities and infrastructure, except for placement.

Placements: There are very few direct placement opportunities offered by LU after M.Sc., although admission to a Ph.D. is easier. The placement cell provides opportunities for students and helps them to get a better job. These opportunities are divided between various departments.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There is Wi-Fi in the whole department of physics with different lecture halls, an auditorium, and smart classes. There is a library within the department for the M.Sc. Students. There are many different labs in the department. Hostels are also available, although the allotment of these hostels is based on the merit list. The hostel food is fine.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are very knowledgeable, qualified, and very helpful. One can even get counseling related to many different issues through the faculty. The course is very well rounded and provides specialisation in 3 different fields (electronics, laser and opto-electronics, X-rays). The exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is quite high.

Other: Many extracurricular events take place throughout the year.

Strong academics and decent lab facilities with lots of research opportunities.

Placements: According to various sources, around 85% of students are placed. The university has a central placement cell that works for the placement procedures. The highest package has reached upto INR 23 LPA. The average package is approximately INR 8 LPA - 9 LPA. Top recruiters are ONGC, Samsung, and MRF like companies.

Infrastructure: Physics department is ranked first in the science faculty members. The department has its own library where you can find a lot of books by national and international authors as well as of the authors of the department, related to every area of Physics. All the labs are very well maintained. The whole department is connected to Wi-Fi. The department has an auditorium equipped with smart facilities like smart board, etc. The classes are also equipped with smart boards. The environment and food of the hostel are also very good including canteen. Also, various competitions are held including sports, etc.

Faculty: Professors are very highly qualified. All of them have done research from very reputed institutes and organizations. Some have been scientists as well. Professors have a lot of experience due to which the teaching quality is very good. The curriculum of the course is very relevant. Semester exams are not that tough but since they are of M.Sc. level. It is obvious that they are not that easy too. The passing percentage is very less in general in all universities. But if you want to take admission for Ph.D. anywhere then you need 60% overall.

Other: I chose this course because I liked Physics very much. Especially astrophysics because the concepts of astrophysics used to excite me a lot. Connectivity in the college is very good. The campus environment is very good, especially the University of Lucknow campus is ragging-free. There are many cultural events organised here because LU has its own cultural society Sanskritiki. There are many scholarships here apart from the UP scholarship program.

Absolutely satisfied because of the best college friends and faculty members.

Placements: Around 35% of students get placements. The highest salary package offered was 5.45 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top companies like Salarsar Industries and Vinayak Industries visit the college for placements. Researcher and agronomist are the top roles offered in our course. About 45% of students got internships in Amul and sugarcane research centers.

Infrastructure: Our college campus covers around 3 hectares of land which includes an administration building, classrooms, hostel, library, canteen, practical nursery, playground, and parking. The hostel food is the same as in every college always.

Faculty: Our college faculty members are full of doctorates or PhD holders. They were very supportive during our time. They were always ready to clear out doubts. Our staff members were also very helpful to students. The college curriculum is very perfect for increasing theoretical or practical knowledge in our industry. If we study well, then exams are not tough.

Other: I chose this course because the agriculture sector offers great careers for the upcoming generation. Without agriculture, there is no food, and without food, there is no life.

I personally suggest choosing this college if you have no choice.

Placements: 60% placement, the highest package is 4 lakh per annum. Godrej and other companies took students from various courses. 60% got internships in the last year. Practical work is done in the field, workshops and other activities are also being organized by the faculty.

Infrastructure: College has decent infrastructure, not much high-tech, but has an environment for study. There is a library, a computer lab, and practical labs. The facility of the hostel is also there for boys only. There is also a facility for sports and games. There is a gym inside the campus.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified; all are Ph.D. holder professors. The course is professional and has scope in the future. The semester exams are quite not easy, as there are 12 subjects in each semester, so there is always a hectic schedule. The pass percentage is 90-92%.

Other: I did choose it for better scope in the future. No fests are being organized. Yes, you get a scholarship. There are no extracurricular activities due to the busy schedule of college.
