M.A. in Economics - Batch of 2027

2.0Placements4.0Infrastructure4.0Faculty4.0Crowd & Campus Life4.0Value for Money
Absolutely satisfied with the campus, but some things need to be better, like Wi-Fi and AC.
Placements: According to Lucknow University M.A. Economics, no companies come to recruit you, but if you study really well, then you could join as a government employee in the economic fields. Some persons who studied at Lucknow University are given their role in the Indian economy.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great and calm to study with good environment. We have a special library for our economic department. Fans are available and are good. AC is not provided. Wi-Fi is only for staff members and not for students. Seats are not comfortable, and are straight 90 degree fixed, so you feel discomfort during long lectures.
Faculty: Faculty members are top-notch. They are well qualified and knowledgeable, and some of them also have their roles in Indian Economy. Their teaching quality is extraordinary, and they have years of experience. The curriculum is not fully relevant, and I would say not all things are practical according to the syllabus. But professors try to provide extra practical knowledge to students, which makes students industry beginners. Exams are not too difficult nor too easy. If students have studied and understood the concept, they can perform well in exams. The pass percentage 70 to 80 percent.
Other: If you choose the Lucknow University campus, you will have more opportunities open to you. Extra-curricular activities which are held on campus, and great personalities who represent indian economy at the international and global levels are invited to encourage students. They share their experiences. At times, regular classes are not held, and the college should look into this. There are 130 regular seats and self-financed seats in economics from M.A. Lucknow University.

B.Tech. in Information Technology - Batch of 2029

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.
Placements: The average package in the college campus is 2 to 3 LPA. The highest package is 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, etc. The college provides good placement opportunities. Internship opportunities are also provided. Around 80 percent of students are placed in the college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi and electricity are available in the hostel 24 hours. AC classrooms and a library are provided. Sports and games are also available on campus. The hostel food quality is average, neither very good nor very bad. It is at a medium level.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in preparing for semester exams and have good knowledge. The teaching quality is better than other colleges in Lucknow. Students can pass semester exams easily because the teaching is good and teachers are supportive.
Other: Scholarship opportunities are Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per year.

Excellent campus, supportive faculty, good infrastructure, and great learning environment.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placed. The highest package is 13.8 LPA, and the lowest package ranges between 4–6 LPA. The average package is around 7 LPA. Top companies include Zaro, banks, Bajaj, HCL, etc. Around 70–80% of students get internships in companies like Bajaj. Roles offered include Development Officer, Sales and Marketing, and Trainee positions.
Infrastructure: Good classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, and library. Hostel, food, sports, and medical facilities are good. The hostel facilities are decent and provide a safe environment for students. Classrooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with smart teaching facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and supportive. The curriculum is industry-focused. Exams are moderate with a good pass percentage.
Other: Great campus life, supportive faculty, and good events and activities. The course offers good learning exposure.

Good faculty members and a good environment.
Placements: In my college, the placement facilities are pretty good. Many of the students have been placed and received maximum offers from different companies. The placement drives are excellent and impressive. My college focuses on settling its students in good places.
Infrastructure: My course is B.Com (Hons), and honestly, I love the infrastructure and hostel facilities. They're good. The building of my college is attractive, and also the classes are well organized with smart boards in every class and a proper, neat, and clean environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are too good. I can't explain in words. They are always ready to help you in every situation, and the exams are conducted very smoothly. Some of the teachers are so supportive. They stand for you in every situation, no matter what.
Other: I personally love my college because the staff is very supportive, you will feel at home.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma.) - Batch of 2025

Teachers are the best, but placements are very low.
Placements: The placement percentage in my batch was 12.5 percent. Some batchmates got selected as interns in medical companies. Only Macleod's company came to the college for recruitment. Only 4 of 42 students got selected as interns in the packaging department at Macleods.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi on campus. Library was available. Students could borrow books for 15 days. After 15 days, a fine of 1 rupee per book per day was charged. Only 3 books could be issued at a time. The computer labs were good, and all pharmacy labs had the necessary equipment and chemicals. The canteen was good, and the hostel facilities were rated 7 out of 10. Sports activities mainly focused on cricket.
Faculty: Teachers treated students like school students by checking notes daily and conducting regular classes. If a student was absent from class or lectures, teachers informed their parents. The college was very strict in teaching, which was good for pharmacy students in becoming industry-ready. Industrial tours to Baddi and Manali were considered essential for industry exposure. The pass percentage in sessional exams was moderate.
Other: Events and fests were below average, while extracurricular activities were okay.

In short if you want to just give exam it is a good check. There is no college life.
Placements: There are no regular classes in this college. If you just want to give papers and are thinking about doing extra stuff, then it will be a good college. There are no placements. For the NCC it's best. I was an NCC cadet, so for me it's good. Internships are not good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too bad. Classrooms are so dirty. If you take admission in a self-financing institution. It's a good choice. There is no canteen. In sports it's quite good and if you take NCC you get many opportunities. In self-financing the labs are good and the department and all are the best.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good and helpful. Many students get a backlog in their exams. Some teachers are helpful but some are rude. You get a backlog in the exam so easily take your own risk. The pass percentage is good but it's too difficult to get a good CGPA.
Other: There are no events in college. If you are an NCC cadet you get many opportunities.
