1: Visit (https://www.lkouniv.ac.in/en) and click on 'Apply now' to register yourself.

2: Applicants will have to fill in the relevant details in the form. Submitted details cannot be edited later.

3: Also mention all the marks of all the subjects mentioned in the Marksheets (if the result has been declared).

4: Applicants will have to upload their Photos and Signature.

5: Pay the LU DPharm application fee of INR 500 by using the Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.

2: Appear for the Entrance Test
