Fair fees to education quality ratio.

Placements: Roughly 35-40 percent of students get placed from a batch. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The recruiting companies are educational institutes and the pharmaceutical industry. 100 percent of students got internships in various institutes such as CMAP, NBRI, IITR, etc.

Infrastructure: The laboratories are well-maintained and most instruments are available here. The department library has free Wi-Fi and the classrooms have comfortable cushion seats. The hostel has good room conditions and the mess food is average and it has a good environment. There are plenty of food canteens available here.

Faculty: Most of the professors have educational backgrounds from IIT and BHU and are well-qualified and reputed personalities. Here Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry are mandatory in all 2 years because there's no specific course specialisation. At least 90-95 percent of students passed the semester exam and the difficulty level is moderate to high

Other: I want to do further research in Chemistry, so I decided to choose this course from the University of Lucknow because of its low fees. I can get my degree and practical knowledge from here. Events are conducted every month at the university campus. The campus has the best areas where students can spend their time.

Placement should have increased, otherwise, the Physics department is good.

Placements: I think no students are placed on campus, so the department has the responsibility to invite some companies to our department. In my department, many students' internships are completed on our campus, and maybe 5% of students try the internships on other campuses.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in the Physics department, and the library is also very good. Our hostel environment is good, rooms have sufficient space, and the mess food is also average. Hostels are safely bound, and if you have any problem in the hostel, then you can directly complain to the provost.

Faculty: All faculty members are too cooperative. I can say that the course curriculum is relevant, but I think some changes are required in the syllabus. The department is not giving the marks in the internal exam. In my session, the average marks in the internal exam were approximately 18-20. But some subjects have good marks.

Other: I chose this course because it is the nearest university to my hometown and we also know very well that Lucknow is the safest place for all women, or we say all over society.

For me the best part here is its infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our university. All placements are done through it, companies come, interview students, and then select them. The maximum package is 20 LPA to 22 LPA, and the minimum is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Internships are available in many companies and the Physics department also offers internships in some research institutes.

Infrastructure: The lab is also well-equipped and smart classrooms are there. The entire department is equipped with Wi-Fi. Apart from that, there is a library in our department for our course which has a lot of books. The rooms in the hostel are very comfortable. Apart from that, there is a canteen in the hostel. There is a canteen near the department as well, and the food there is also very good and healthy.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are highly qualified and have a lot of knowledge. They believe in teaching through practical. Semester exams are not that difficult but we need to study carefully. 33% marks are required to pass, apart from that our course is relevant to the industry.

Really good infrastructure and nice faculty members.

Placements: I am currently pursuing masters here in physics got admitted here in 2023, and this is my last year of PG. I did my graduation from here only, and that's why I am aware of most of the things here regarding teaching and all. The batchmates here are actually very good and intellectual, and that creates a very healthy and competitive environment among the students themselves.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is actually very nice. We have AC in all the classrooms, and there is smart board facility in each classroom. Talking about hostels, the mess provides pretty average food. Hostel management is very good with its rules and regulations. The infrastructure is very good but the only thing that takes the point away in hostels is its food.

Faculty: Faculty members here are actually very nice. They are always available to help the students. Teachers are teaching really well. The curriculum goes smoothly and gets finished on time. The exams get conducted sometimes earlier than usual which is a point of concern. Professors here are very cooperative and understanding. They are helpful for every small thing when a student is in a problem. The teaching quality is really good here.

Other: I chose this course because physics department of LU is the best among all. The complete credit goes to its faculty members and teachers because they leave no stone unturned in order to help us. The only thing that can be improved here is the placement cell and the irregularities in exams. Extracurricular activities are conducted from time to time which is good. The scholarships are allotted fairly every year.

The college has good facilities and infrastructure, except for placement.

Placements: There are very few direct placement opportunities offered by LU after M.Sc., although admission to a Ph.D. is easier. The placement cell provides opportunities for students and helps them to get a better job. These opportunities are divided between various departments.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There is Wi-Fi in the whole department of physics with different lecture halls, an auditorium, and smart classes. There is a library within the department for the M.Sc. Students. There are many different labs in the department. Hostels are also available, although the allotment of these hostels is based on the merit list. The hostel food is fine.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are very knowledgeable, qualified, and very helpful. One can even get counseling related to many different issues through the faculty. The course is very well rounded and provides specialisation in 3 different fields (electronics, laser and opto-electronics, X-rays). The exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is quite high.

Other: Many extracurricular events take place throughout the year.

I can say the college is good for science enthusiasts.

Placements: The placement in the Physics department is average. The highest package is of 8 LPA-9 LPA. TCL and Infosys are companies recruiting students from here. There are many students who got internships during the third semester. The most beautiful subject is nuclear Physics.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good quite old buildings. Almost all the rooms have AC, especially for the master's class. Library has two types, one is the normal and the other is cyber library. Labs are well-maintained and have AC. Hostels are clean and provided food is also good.

Faculty: Some professors are good, some are not. Professors are very experienced. And all professors are well-qualified, and they give good quality content. Course is designed for Physics enthusiasts. Semester exams are moderate. 70%-80% students get passed.
