If you want to waste your three years of college, then this is the place.
Placements: I got selected in HCL State Street in January 2024 with a salary of Rs . 20,000 per month. However, after completing college with an 86% CGPA, my recruitment is still in progress for more than a year. They have offered me different roles with a lower salary.
Infrastructure: We have separate classrooms for boys and girls. There are just tables and a blackboard, with no Wi-Fi, no mobile phones, and no talking allowed in classrooms. We don't have hostel facilities in our college. However, food in the canteen is okay, not bad, but served for a limited time with a limited amount of food.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at teaching for exams. This college is mainly focused on academics, not on activities like fun or enjoyment, unlike other colleges. There are no fresher activities. As a student from this college, after completing the course, I am confident in myself. However, when I entered, I felt a sense of blame and fear about facing the industry. Semester exams are manageable because they just teach everything from the book, but pass percentage is 45%.
Other: I like this course because of friends I made in college. They can improve other activities like events, fests, scholarships, internships, etc.

Review of Prince Shri Venkateshwara Arts & Science College.
Placements: Placements are provided in our college. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc., visited here for recruitment. But unfortunately, from our class, none of the students got placements. Out of 45 students, about 10 students were provided internships through our college department. The salary package of 2 LPA is provided for students who got placed but not in our class.
Infrastructure: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited here, so ultimately, there's no use of Wi-Fi facilities for students. Wi-Fi is available only for official purposes. Labs and classrooms are average, but the library is great. I spend more time in the library only. The canteen is a mess, and sports and games are not encouraged in this college.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and kind, but their teaching quality is average. Internship arrangements are very helpful to face real-time situations. Semester exams are easy only. Overall, the percentage of students who pass from our department is 90%. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry.
Other: I'm interested in exploring technology, so I chose this B.Sc computer science in this college. The food fest and annual day are being conducted yearly here.

It is a college where girls and boys aren't allowed to interact.
Placements: The placement for BCA and B.Com is huge, where no other courses don't have any possibilities, and it is hard to get placed. Moreover many big companies come and recruit candidates whereas the college selects the students who must attend the campus placements. During my time none were selected. There is no internship in this college. The highest is 80 percent, and the lowest is 60. There is a placement cell which is not used. Salary details were not given to the students.
Infrastructure: There are 2 computer labs one with AC. The library is not useful. The quality of classrooms are not good, and there are no proper ventilation facilities. There's no hostel facility in this college. Quality of labs and room is worst. No good food is available, and canteen has no fans. I faced many problems with the infrastructure in the college.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was best and good. Faculty ratio is 4:1. No such industry exposure is detected. The course curriculum was useful. Mostly all the teachers were ladies, so there's no problem with the management.
Other: There are no events, no fests, no connectivity and no extracurricular activities.

Other: The college is good when you are looking for an average institute. But the infrastructure is not up to the modern standards. The staffs employed will never treat students like adults. Parents had to be brought along with pupil for every inquiry. Stringent rules are laid out and it have to be followed under any circumstances. I would not suggest it for a student who wants to have the right mix of fun and education. But if you are bookworm or nerd go ahead and reserve a place in the college.

Nice college, but it needs some development.
Placements: 70 percent of the students got placed from our college. My seniors said that the placements are too low and the highest package is 36 LPA. No idea about it, no problem with internships, many of the students are getting them, it's based on my skills and how well I cleared the interview.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good, and the classrooms are slightly old and have a good library. I'm a day scholar, and I have no idea about a hostel. The canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are good. There are many clubs I like very much, and I'm the leader of the math club.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly to us. If we ask one thing, they will teach us and clear that topic, and then only do they move to the next topic. Everything is based on their individual skills. Without skills, nothing there. CGPA is just a percentage, but the skill is the real weapon to get the job. The pass percentage is the same as every college, and semester exams are very strict. They are not even allowed a single mark to copy.
Other: This one course is only available to me. There is a dress code, less enjoyment, and a need for more extracurricular activities. .

Review of Prince Shri Venkateshwara Arts & Science College (2019–2022).
Placements: 79% of students got placed. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA and the highest was 6 LPA. Medical coding and AGS healthcare were major recruiters. Around 68% of students got internships. Roles like telecallers were quite easy, and the interviews were very smooth since we attended them online, which was easier than usual.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms were spacious and comfortable for a smooth day. The canteen food tasted good.
Faculty: Teaching was good. Semester exams were good, and the pass percentage was 89%. Semester exams were quite easy to pass because of COVID, which was good to hear. Teachers were very friendly and comfortable, helping to clear doubts and understand students as well as others. Teachers always took extra classes to get high results, which helped students improve their knowledge. The IT sector provided very good opportunities to all students.

University of Madras uses a merit-based ranking system for Foreign Nationals applying for the MBA. Instead of an entrance test scores, their admission is determined by their last degree marks. International students with a good academic history have a higher chance of gaining admission to the course
