If you get a year back in your first year engineering, it may affect your eligibility for TFWS seats in Mumbai University.TFWS seats are awarded based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam (i.e., 12th or equivalent), and getting a year back may affect your overall academic performance and your chances of meeting the eligibility criteria.TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) seats in Mumbai University are reserved for economically weaker students and are awarded based on merit. The eligibility criteria for TFWS seats may vary from year to year and are determined by the university. However, it's important to note that the specific eligibility criteria and policies for TFWS seats may vary depending on the university and the academic program. So, I'll suggest you to contact with the university or the concerned department to understand the exact implications of getting a year back on your eligibility for TFWS seats. All the best !
