If the last date for application submission to a university or college is before your 12th grade results are out, you can still apply by following these steps:
1. Check the Application Requirements: Review the application requirements carefully to understand if there are any specific provisions for students whose results are not yet available. Some institutions may have alternative processes or options for provisional admission.
2. Contact the Admission Office: Reach out to the admission office of the university or college you wish to apply to and explain your situation. They may provide guidance on how to proceed or offer provisional admission based on predicted or preliminary grades.
3. Submit Required Documents: Provide the necessary documents along with your application, such as your 10th grade marksheet, predicted grades or internal assessments from your school, and any other supporting documents requested by the institution.
4. Explain your Situation: Write a letter or statement explaining that your 12th grade results are pending and provide any relevant information about your academic performance, achievements, or extracurricular activities. This can help the admission committee assess your application holistically.
5. Follow Up: Stay in touch with the admission office to ensure they have received all your documents and are aware of your pending results. Ask for any updates or additional information they may require during the evaluation process. It's important to note that each institution may have its own policies and procedures for handling applications from students whose results are not yet available. It's recommended to contact the admission office directly to understand their specific requirements and guidelines for provisional admission. Remember to keep track of the official announcement of your 12th grade results and promptly submit them to the university or college once they are available.
