What to know before embarking on the Vikram University Ujjain journey.
Placements: I think only about 30 percent of the students were placed in my course. The highest average package offered in my course was 4 LPA and the lowest was somewhere around 2 LPA. There were no recruiting companies for my college at all, so I had a very bad experience studying here. Talking about the internships, everyone gets internships in small-scale industries and companies, but it's useless as the internships were unpaid and didn't provide any real-life benefit. The top roles offered were computer engineer, junior, or substitute coordinator.
Infrastructure: The facilities were okay. There was Wi-Fi, though the speed was absolutely bad, the labs were well-equipped with good systems to learn from. The classrooms were sometimes clean and well but most of the time they weren't even groomed. The library is okay with a lot of books, though it still lacked a large number of them. The hostel facilities were okayish, the quality of food was bad, though sometimes we were served old and spoiled food. The availability was also not that good. The canteen was not good at all, it was dirty and poorly maintained. The medical and games facilities were also fine.
Faculty: The teachers were well qualified but not very helpful despite being very knowledgeable, all they cared about was the salary they'd get by the end of the month. The course curriculum was relevant and did teach us a lot of things, but I don't think it made us industry-ready at all. The semesters were not that difficult, but the learning quality was bad, so we still managed to pass. The pass percentage was somewhere around 70 percent.
Other: I wanted to learn about computers and code because the subject is fascinating. The college did teach us a few things, but in the end I'd say most of us were satisfied. The hygiene could improve here and there, and the teachers could also. There were indeed events held. The campus crowd was okay, with good people around, connectivity was good too, with everything in proximity. Scholarships were given to students as well and there were also extracurricular activities there.

Good faculty members, but need infrastructure development.
Placements: Percentage of students placed in my course was 32 to 40 percent. The highest package of my course was 5 LPA. The lowest average package was 3.5 LPA. The recruiting companies for my course were Ford, Hero Motors, and other companies. The percentage of students who got internships in my course was 20 to 25%. The roles offered in my course were Data Analytics and Telecommunication Director.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not very good, but facilities were good, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, clean and good labs, but poor classrooms that were not cleaned daily. The library was modern. The quality of facilities in my hostel was very good. The food available in the mess was of cheap quality. The medical facilities were good, but the sports facilities were not very good. The game facilities were also not very good.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members were cooperative and knowledgeable. They were Master's and Ph.D. qualified. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were not very hard, and students could pass easily. The pass percentage of the college was 50 to 60%.
Other: I chose the course because it was worth it. There was a lot of scope in the future for communication and technology. The things that needed improvement in my course were infrastructure development, such as water coolers in the summer, and renovation of the college. Every year, village and Garba dance events were organized on my campus. Scholarships were given to all students. Extracurricular activities included shooting competitions, sports competitions, etc.

The conclusion is that the college is good if you are dedicated to your course and yourself.
Placements: As I am a student at Mahakal Institute of Technology, Ujjain, I highly appreciate this college for engineering and management degrees. In the engineering program, the college provides several opportunities for academic purposes. The highest, lowest, and average packages offered by the college are 8 LPA, 2.5 LPA, and 4 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies from my college are Yash Technologies and Infosys. Almost every student gets an internship from our college. The most common role offered to engineering graduates is an engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and department is good overall, but the main issue is the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity. In most labs, there is no proper network signal, which creates problems while studying. In the hostel, infrastructure and basic facilities are good. It includes sports, games, and water facilities. The food quality is below average. A proper hygiene is not maintained in the mess and canteen. Medical facility is average.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are very helpful and well-educated. Their teaching quality is good if students study properly in class. The course curriculum is relevant. If students are dedicated, faculty members also support them in building a better future. Semester exams are not very difficult. If you study one month before exams, you can easily clear all subjects and score a good SGPA or CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in exploring and learning many things that improve my thinking in every situation. The best thing about my course is that I am now at a stage where I can do many things on my own. I want improvement in technical knowledge more than book knowledge. There are several events, fests, and activities held at the college. They are helpful for communication skills and building connections. All types of scholarships are provided by the college.

It is value for money.
Placements: 40 percent of students are approximately placed. The average package is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. The recruiting company is TCS. 30 percent of students got internships and it's excellent for those students whose budget is low but need a good quality of education to make their career better according to their needs so I recommend people to take admission in this college.
Infrastructure: All things are better according to need so I highly recommend students to take admission in it. The campus is good and a big smart board facility is available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and absolutely great for those who take NCC and army-based training. All are available in Lokmanya Tilak Science and Commerce College Ujjain so I thought you should go and visit us at this college and then all is good. According to your needs you should take admission. Teachers are experienced and good staff. Real-based project learning is available so go fast.
Other: College is better in technical and AI.

It has supportive teachers.
Placements: No placement opportunities are provided for B.Sc students in our batch. Most of the students from our batch are prepared for higher education. I will not suggest it in terms of placements and job security. No companies ever visited our college for placements.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, the college is the best. Classrooms and the library are well-maintained. The quality of food is amazing, and Wi-Fi is also available here.
Faculty: There is no need to worry about faculty members. Faculty members are good. Teachers are also supportive. They are PhD holders. It has good staff members and management. They are also cooperative.
Other: Every year-end, an annual event is organised, which is very awesome. The Government Girls PG College campus is very good.

Review of Samrat Vikramaditya University.
Placements: The University has a terrible track record in terms of placement and even has a placement cell. Especially in the School of Law, the department hasn't been able to place a single student or establish relations with any company as such. Other departments barely have any contacts with any establishment.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is outdated and barely surviving. Most of the buildings are rotten and falling to pieces. The University is barely paying any attention to reclaim the existing buildings, though 2 out of 5 boys' hostels are going under renovation and 1 is going to be going down too.
Faculty: The University mostly appoints deputed teaching faculty members and is in violation of most of the statutory rules. Permanent faculty is a myth here. Exams are not always under strict surveillance. Most of the students are using unfair means to pass examinations, and the invigilators pay no attention.
Other: I opted for this course because of the passion I've forgotten for law, but the University miserably faulted my ambitions. To note that the University takes barely any interest in teaching its students anything related to academics or any extracurricular activities.
