It is a good college for paramedical courses, and the BMLT infrastructure is very good.
Placements: This is a paramedical college. It gives placement in medical laboratories and several private and government hospitals. The lowest salary is Rs. 15,000, and the highest package is Rs. 45,000, based on your skill development and experience. If you want a good income, you should go to this college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the laboratories is very good. But the hostel is not available. You need to book a room and a mess near this area. The room costs approximately Rs. 1,500- Rs. 2,000 per month according to room conditions. In the Rangamati locality, there are several rooms in this area.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are extremely knowledgeable. Semester exams are not difficult if you study properly for the exam. If you study every day and do practical work properly, you can easily pass the practical and semester exams. I also went to this college.
Other: I chose this course because I want to help people receive proper and the cheapest treatment at a low cost.

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology - Batch of 2025

My experience with KPC in two years of my student life!
Placements: In the website, it is mentioned that 90% to 95% of the students get placements, but in real life, there are hardly any recruiters. Some of the cream layer students, the toppers, are merely selected in the hospital itself as our college has a hospital, but most have to search for job interviews in other hospitals, blood banks, or laboratories.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college building is really good; it is very large with all the departments and spacious rooms. The college has a separate library for the students to read in a peaceful environment. In the forest department, we have practical labs where we can do hands-on work to prepare for real-life circumstances.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and equipped with technology like green projectors and big hall rooms with audio systems. There is a yearly exam and not semester-wise. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the difficulty of the exams to be around 7 if you study well.
Other: I chose this course because I thought it would be easy to get jobs in this field, but it is not, as the government is only hiring diploma students for low salaries and not bachelor students. There are extracurricular activities in the college going on yearly, such as fests and other programs.

Really, it's a good college with good infrastructure and also good facilities are provided.
Placements: It is a medical course, so the college does not provide placement but provides internships in different medical colleges after completing the course. Students apply for different diagnosis labs and other government jobs. Pathology lab-related roles are offered in RRB, AMISS, etc.
Infrastructure: College provide good classrooms, labs, libraries, etc. But not available for mess and canteen facilities. College is located in a good environment. College grounds are present so students play cricket. And every year, college arrange annual sports games.
Faculty: College teachers are very helpful; they help the students every time. The college is affiliated with Vidyasagar University, which arranges semester exams in different other colleges; exams are not very difficult. During the course, students join different blood donation camps. That's helpful for the blood bank job.
Other: I chose this course because this course is very valuable in the market now.

    It's a very good college.
Placements: About 90% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting hospitals are R. G. Kar, NRS, etc. Around 80% of students got internships at many hospitals. The top role offered in our course is lab technician.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is always available. Labs and classrooms are very clean. The library is full of books. The hostel provides good facilities. The mess and canteen are very good. Medical facilities are available. Sports and games are played.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. They are friendly. Our curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams at this college are standard. 90% is the pass percentage.
Other: I like medical life, so I chose this course. Everything is very good.

I am satisfied with the college, but sometimes dissatisfied with the faculty of my college.
Placements: Hello, my name is Soham Patra and I am a student of IQ City Medical College situated in Durgapur, if I tell you about my course, there are 30 seats, and I am one of them. My course is for 3 and a half years, which includes 6 months of internship, and my course fee is 4 lakhs for the entire course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, and the library are well-structured and air-conditioned, which I like. Canteen also includes hygiene and a fresh environment for food, students, and patients for 24/7 hours. There is no Wi-Fi for classrooms, but there will be someday. Medical facilities are well organized because the college has its own hospital, which provides service 24/7. If I talk about sports and games, there are big fields for it, and the college faculty members also organize it every year, including a cultural program.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. It's tough, and semester exams are difficult sometimes, and the pass percentage is 50 % but the college doesn't provide satisfactory marks to students. If you write 3 pages, you will get 3 marks out of 5 or 6, and some teachers' behaviour is so rude and so brutal to 1st year students and lab teachers.
Other: I wanted to do an animation course and wanted to give the railways exams, but I chose it because my parents told me.
