Yes, You can get into WBHUS with 70%marks in class 12th, As their requirement is to you have to be passed in class 12th with minimum 50% and for sc, sts with 45%. But on other hand they conduct national level entrance exams for some courses and for some courses they directly take interview and aptitude test in which you  have to be passed, you can check accordingly to your course.
