For science students, labs are well-equipped, and the campus is large.
Placements: Almost everyone in the batch gets placement if they want. Many highly reputed companies in the international market come to recruit cadets, such as Chevron, Shell, Nikam, Eagle Star, Fleet Management, Anglo Eastern, Synergy, Torm Tankers, Dyna Gas, etc. Approximately 240 out of 260 students get campus placements. Cadets from the 4th semester are eligible for placements, and lady cadets can sit for placements starting from the 2nd semester.
Infrastructure: College fests are a must for college life, and one will experience many such events throughout their college years. However, there are no fixed festivals, excluding Freshers and Farewell. The college is equipped with a large library, a great place for bookworms like me! The general classrooms do not have any technical advancements, but some classrooms are equipped with smart boards, computers, etc. The college encourages all kinds of sports, like football and cricket. Groups in the college include a student union, with juniors and seniors as members.
Faculty: The faculty-student ratio in my section is 1:36. All the faculty members are highly qualified in their fields and will help you whenever you have doubts. Special mentions include C. Sarkar, Bhattacharya, BK Roy, and B. Roy (Maths); you will fall in love with their teaching methods, as they make the subjects crystal clear. Some faculty members know the subject well but cannot convey it effectively, so you may need to seek help from seniors or YouTube. There are semester-end examinations worth 70 marks, and you have to score 35+ to pass the exam, but it is not that easy to achieve; you need to prepare well, or you may fail. Additionally, there are 2 internals, each containing 10 marks, which are at the discretion of the faculty members. You need to stay updated with the syllabus coverage to score well in the internal examinations.

I liked the appearance of the college and campus gives a glimpse of natural vibe.
Placements: My college has one of the best placements in my state. In 2022, they had the most placements, and a large number of students got placed with good salaries. My college was also one of the 7 colleges in Kerala to be selected by TCS for placement. Overall, I think my college has good placement status.
Infrastructure: There was an annual festival called Dhun, which you enjoyed a lot because their were many cultural programs and competitive games. The college library is wide; there were many books related to your subjects. There were also books available for competitive exams. In March, annual sports take place.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student relationships were very good and approachable, and there are many faculty members I have liked because of their appreciation and approachability. There is no big pressure for exams, and before the official exam conducted by the university, there is an internal exam conducted by the department or the faculty members, and above-average students were clear that and university exams.

Ragging is totally absent in this college.
Placements: The placements cell was strong. All the faculty members trained the students for their interviews. Pre-placement practices were provided for the students. Many of my classmates got placed in much-reputed companies with good salary packages. Today, they are working as Wildlife rehabilitators, Conservationists, Semenologists, Production & Quality Control chemists, and Biological Laboratory technician.
Infrastructure: We had double-sharing rooms for the first-year and second-year undergraduate students. We were provided with 2 beds, cupboards, tables and chairs. I would rate the hostel mess food 5/10. You just have to pay the hostel fee before the beginning of every semester and then you will be allotted a hostel and a mess. The hostel and the mess fee is 37000 per semester, which I think is affordable.
Faculty: This course helps in getting a better job and I can study about animals more effectively. The ratio of faculty and students is 10:1. There are a lot of teachers but there are only 90 students. The faculty is highly qualified and they have more than 10 years of experience. Their teaching method is average with some teachers being very bad at teaching. The exams were happening timely, one internal and one external exam happens each semester. The questions asked was average, it is not much difficult to pass. The class size was that of 39 students and the course fee is INR 6000 per year.

I liked our campus. My college is in a very beautiful place.
Placements: The college arranged placements at the end of the second year; the teacher gave us recommendation letters, and on the basis of self-merit, the selection was done. Various well-known organisations and companies came to interview; some of the important ones were the National Geographic, Animal Planet, Zoology, and Botany departments of India. The average package was Rs. 10 lakh per year, with 75% of the students getting placed.
Infrastructure: The hostel provides a B.Ed. mattress, a comfortable chair, a table, two fans (in three bedded rooms), a cup and a spoon, and a blanket. Meal quality is medium to good and better than many colleges. Hostels can be booked along with tuition fees and are quite affordable. Otherwise, it can be booked in the locality. Hostel Fee: INR 28000 per year.
Faculty: I completed a two-year course that had a semester-based system of examination. The external exams were conducted at the end of each semester, along with internal exams that were held 20 days prior to the external exams. The practicals were conducted in the laboratories and were included in the external examination. The curriculum was easy, and we were also required to submit project reports at the end of each year. The class size was 68 students, and the course fee was INR 18000 per year.

    M.Sc. in Chemistry - Batch of 2019

Mainly I would like to say that it is not a good college for good students. It's good for averages.
Placements: There is no placements after completing the course of M.Sc. in Chemistry. Only you can go for Ph.D. programme if you clear NET examination. Else you have to find job for yourself in various companies. Actually college will not provide you any placements. It's all about the placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the whole college is good. There is nice building, nice canteen and many things. But particularly the labs are not so much good. It's an average standard. Noted there is no usable playground in the whole campus. Classrooms are non AC and average standards. Good Wi-Fi is not available in campus.
Faculty: Frankly speaking, you cannot expect a lot from this college. Obviously some of the faculty members are very good and they have a great knowledge and also they are student friendly. But also some of the faculty is not good at all. No such type of industry exposure is available here. Obviously this college is very helpful for poor students as the course fees is very low.
Other: College arranges fest every year. It is enjoyable.

Absolutely satisfied with the department of chemistry. Infrastructure & faculty are really good.
Placements: There is no placement cell available in our college. No companies hasn't visited yet offering jobs to us. Though, our chemistry department organised some career & job councelling seminars on job opportunities after M.Sc. In chemistry, but they weren't good enough & pretty boring. No internship is available for meritorious students from college authority. So, if you are searching for a college that have placement facility after M.Sc. In chemistry, our college isn't good for it.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi isn't available in our college campus. Chemistry laboratory are good but lab maintainers are lazy. Various kinds of lab equipments & reagents are available in our laboratory. Classrooms aren't clean enough & most of the benches are broken. Medical facilities are good. The library has huge collections of various kinds of books & librarians are also very helpful. The departmental library is also very helpful. The seminar hall (with AC) is also pretty big with projectors & speakers. Hostel facility isn't available in our college. The canteen here is closed for most of the days. Foods are costly & the quality is also bad. The college has 2 big playgrounds but both of them remain unused most of the time. The elevators are available only in the new building. NIELIT computer centre is available in our college. The centre provides quality computer training to students. NEET coaching centre is available but it remains unused. Separate bathrooms for Boys & girls are also very clean.
Faculty: Our chemistry department has 14 (8 organic,5 inorganic & 1 physical) permanent & 3 (all physical) part-time professors. All of them are well educated & very helpful & kind to students. The teaching quality is pretty good for most of the professors. Sometimes, they used projectors to teach us in the classroom. There are more students than professors. We didn't get industry exposure which isn't good. Most of the professors are well experienced, friendly & always available for help. Overall, the course curriculum is very useful.
Other: Every year Annual sports events, Cricket & football matches were organised by the students union. Every year, a musical & dance event called "DHUN" is also organised by students union. We also celebrate Holi, Independence day, Saraswati Puja together in our college. The campus crowd is good. Campus surroundings are also very refreshing. Wi-Fi connectivity is unavailable. The students union is very helpful & never failed to entertain us.
