Yes Amity University in Mumbai offers direct admission. Students who have earned marks of more than 80% in class XII from CBSE, ISC, or State Board are eligible for direct admission. Student must complete Amity application and send in application money in order to apply for direct admission.

Admission to TSAP-Thakur School of Architecture and Planning requires Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%. However, for courses such as B.Arch, the major selection select is the JEE Main cutoff. Whereas, for M.Arch admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in B.Arch. For BVoc, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12. Depending on the choice of course and its eligibility, candidates will easily admission to the Institute with 85%. 

MIT College of Management is a private institute established in 2007 under the renowned MIT Group of Institutions. Candidates looking for direct admission to Diploma courses must pass Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognised board. However, for admission to the BArch programme, candidates must pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 55% marks along with entrance exam followed by the counselling round.  After filling out the eligibility criteria candidates must apply online on the official website of the college for admission.
