The interview panel is primarily interested in gauging your keenness and enthusiasm for your chosen field. Whether you're pursuing a B.Tech, BBA (Hons.), or B.Des (Hons.), showcasing a solid understanding of the subject is crucial. Don't worry about being an expert, but instead, demonstrate a keen interest, relevant skills, and any talents you possess. Prior exposure to the subjects you're interested in can provide a significant edge. Q:   How much percentile is required for Woxsen University?

Students have to meet the basic eligibility to get admission in Woxsen University. The eligibility may change depending on the programme. The basic eligibility and minimum percentile for Woxsen University admission is tabulated below:

Q:   Is EAMCET accepted at Woxsen University?
A: 

Yes, Woxsen University accepts EAMCET exam scores for admission to BTech course. Candidates can qualify for this exam to secure a seat to BTech course. Further, the university also accepts valid scores of entrance exams such as VITEEE, MHT CET, W-JEET, etc. Admission to all courses at Woxsen University is entirely based on scores of respective entrance exams.

Q:   What is the qualification required for BTech in Woxsen University?
A: 

Candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility to get admission to BTech at Woxsen University. Candidates who passed Class 10 and Class 12 in Science with a minimum 55% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BTech at Woxsen University. However, it's mandatory to study Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English Language in Higher Secondary School. Moreover, students should have a good understanding of the English language. Apart from this, students must have taken any one of the following exams:

  • Woxsen Joint Engineering Entrance Test (W-JEET)
  • IIT JEE Mains
  • VITEEE
  • AP & TS EAMCET
  • MHT CET

Note : For CUET Applicants:
Candidates applying through CUET must have English as a language subject and any three of the following domain-specific subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Informatics Practices.

Woxsen University conducts WAT, which is an in-house entrance exam of Woxsen University. WAT is an online 1 hour test of 100 marks comprises questions around Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge. There is no negative marking applicable in WAT. Candidates can also apply via a valid score of CUET UG, which is conducted every year by NTA.

Q:   Which entrance exam is required for MBA at Woxsen University?

As per the Woxsen University NMAT cutoff 2024 was 160 for admission. For XAT it is usually 85+ percentile, whereas for GMAT it is 650+. For Woxsen Aptitude Test, candidates with 150 and above scores are selected.
