Faculty of EECE department is friendly, professional, wise and extraordinarily talented, says Mohit Yadav

Well, it is tough to pick a starting point to explain why I chose The NorthCap University over other universities since the EECE department at NCU influenced every aspect of me. I already had a few friends who were graduating from NCU and got hooked on the beautiful campus, hostels, café, infrastructure and all other facilities, so exactly, I knew where I wanted to go without any doubt in my mind about the same. If I observe it, my first impression was the cleanliness and greenery of the campus.

Professors of the EECE department have always been friendly but as well as professional, wise, and extraordinarily talented. They guide you in every aspect. All cultural and social events are student-driven and organised by students with the support of the faculty. I have been part of organising committee of many events and have also participated in multiple and diverse fields of events. All events have broadened my horizon, expanded viewpoint, knowledge, ideology, and experience. Moreover, last but certainly not least, I am the alumni. Also, if we look on the side of career prospects, NCU has a big placement cell that always ensures to get all the students placed in good companies with good exposure. 

Overall, I enjoyed so much being part of the NCU family. Even still after three and a half years, I am still connected with them. I share an amazing bond with the professors. I am proud to be an Alumni of NCU. 

If I talk about my academic experience at NCU, then it was one of the good learning experience and a changing point of my life where I have learned what I need to do in the future in terms of career. My Electronics and Communication (ECE) branch back in India for years, was a good experience for me both academically and personally. I enhanced my technical expertise and also learnt how to manage myself.

Four years of engineering also allowed me to make lifetime friends who helped me to achieve what I wanted. The best part about the four years that I spent at NCU is that I made so many useful contacts and experienced good international exposure. Attended few international conferences abroad, all fully funded by professional societies at NCU. After passing out from NCU, I was very much clear about what I have to do in the future. I appreciate the whole staff of ECE as they not only taught us but also advised like guardians. I still consider myself to be part of the NCU and I will always be.
