In a conversation with Shiksha.com, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Shinde talks about ABBS's mission to cultivate leaders who inspire and lead with empathy and compassion. Dr. Pradeep, Director of ABBS holds 24 years of experience in the academic realm. He has cultivated his expertise at esteemed Institutes of Higher Learning. 

Q1. What are the three things that your institute/college/university is doing that will enable it to differentiate itself from competition?

At ABBS we empower students from across the country to become responsible & impactful leaders, who motivate, inspire, and lead with empathy and compassion. We invest in the next generation of leaders and help them to develop the skills and qualities they need, to make a positive impact on the society and the country. We deliver immersive, Experiential, Multidisciplinary, Collaborative, and Personal transformative approach to Education. Combining all these elements, the educational experience at ABBS is transformative and empowering We empower our faculty to design and discover original research that challenges, conventions and creates breakthroughs that push the boundaries of Knowledge.

• Key trends- Two job types stand out due to the frequency and consistency with which they were mentioned across practically all industries and geographies. The first are data analysts, which companies expect will help them make sense and derive insights from the torrent of data generated by technological disruptions. The second are specialized sales representatives, as practically every industry will need to become skilled in commercializing and explaining their offerings to business or government clients and consumers, either due to the innovative technical nature of the products themselves or due to new client targets with which the company is not yet familiar, or both.
