Live Projects

N.L. Dalmia has been proactively offering ample of live project opportunities to its students to prepare them for the industry before the final placements process. Accepting these live projects not only allow the students to get real-time exposure but also gain confidence to thrive in any professional environment. Students by successfully completing these projects end up with getting quality placements, internships or pre-placement offers too. While working on these live projects, one also gets to meet and interact with the working professionals thereby receiving valuable insights and feedbacks. Workshops

NL Dalmia also encourages all its students to partake in various extracurricular activities, events, and management festivals that are conducted at an institute level across India. In the past, students have engaged in workshops and events organized by professional bodies such as the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), CFA Institute, NIBM Pune, National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), among many others. With these esteemed institutions, the students enrolled in various enriching courses such as Bloomberg Essentials, Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Accounting Fundamentals, Market Risk Management, to name a few. Participation in such workshops go a long way in making the students aware about what is currently trending and in demand in the dynamic corporate world and lets them hone their skills accordingly. NDIMSR also regularly conducts management development programs on a variety of topics such as Big Data, Labour Laws, HR Analytics, Personal Finance Management, among others.   

Conclusion 

Learning to be a team player, productive brainstorming sessions with fellow colleagues, coordinating with the seniors, and deeply understanding the cultural values of a company are some of the valuable lessons a student eventually gets to learn post the successful completion of any live project.
