BTech course offers diversified specialisations in four years of span. High salary and promising job profiles makes BTech even more captivating. The salaries for a BTech graduate varies from field to field and also differs based on the skill sets of the candidates. The salaries even vary on the government and private sectors.

Starting salary of an engineering graduate may be Rs 45,000 to Rs 2 lakh per month. After gaining experience, an aspirant gets more lucrative salaries in their respective field.
